1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 cup ice cubes
1 tsp. MCT oil
1 pinch pink salt

DIRECTIONS
1. Add all ingredients in a high speed blenderand blend until smooth.
2. You can increase or decrease the consistency of smoothie by
adding more coconut milk. 3. Pour smoothie in glass and serve
cold.

½ cup ice cubes DIRECTIONS
1. Pour spinach, strawberry, milk, almonds, avocado and salt in high speed electric blender and
blend until all the smoothie ingredients are mixed together.
2. Add ice cubes and blend again for 30 secs.
3. Pour smoothie mixture into glass and serve.
4. Enjoy!
