Opening the window for the first time will prompt for Registration Keys.

If you have registration keys, enter them. If you only want to use free tools, click ok
with no registration keys. If you want to use all tools in Fabrikam,
Inc. enter registration keys SMPE0102030405

Tool Access
The first checkbox shows what tools you have access to.
Some tools have a second checkbox. This allows you to enable/disable the tool.
The radio button allows you to configure some tools. Select the radio button and click next.
