principles as decided by the Hon'ble High Court vide judgment dt. 01.10.2012 passed in

W.P.(C) No. 11154/20t2 confirmed vide judgment dt. L3.12.20L2 passed in W.A. No.

344120t2 and judgment dt. 3L.07.20t3 passed in W.P.(C) No. 13683120t3 and keeping

in view of the order dt. 01.06.2007 of the Hon'ble Supreme Couft passed in SLP(C) No.

10318 12007 and in three others and taking into account the provisions of the Odisha

Professional educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Fixation of Fee) Act,

2007, Government after careful consideration have been pleased to allow the

institutions to admit under the said 10% seats strictly on merit basis under the

superuision of OJEE -2015 Committee with the qualified eligible students subject toadherence of the following terms, conditions and modalities in letter and spirit.

(a) Government relaxations to the above effect is extended for the academic session

2015-16 only and this shall not be cited as precedence in future in any forum and iswithout prejudice to the stand of the State Government on all the provisions of the

State Act taken by it before the Hon'ble Apex Court in SLP(C) Nos. 1031812007 and in

three others which were later on convefted to Civil Appeals No. 287112007,287212007,

2873 I 2007 and 287 4 I 2007 .

(b) The candidates who have not pafticipated earlier in OJEE Counselling, the

candidates who have not been allotted with seats due to deafth of choice exercised by

the candidates and though participated in OJEE Counselling but not allotted to any

College and the candidates who have withdrawn their candidature from the Counselling

process before flnal allotment will be considered for admission under the said 10%

seats.

(c) The Candidates who have been allotted in earlier rounds of Counselling but not

have reported will be considered for admission against 10% seats subject to condition

, that the institution will submit an undertaking that such Candidate has not reported in

the allotted College and the OIEE will veriff the same from the concerned allotted

College.

(d) The Private Professional Educational Institutions shall conduct Counselling of JEE

(Main) -201s I OJEE-2015 / GATE-2015 / CAT /MAT / XAT / ATMA / CMAT/ NIT MCA

Common Entrance Test (NIMCET) -2015 / National Aptitude Test in Architecture(NATA) (as the case may be) qualified NRI Candidates and shall furnish the documents

of eligible reported candidates to the Secretary OIEE-2015 that on verification shall

allow the eligible candidates to take admission in respective Institutions on merii basis.

(e) After admission of IEE (Main) -2015 I OJEE-2015 / GATE-2015 / CAT IMAT IXNf t ATMA / CMAT/ NIT MCA Common Entrance Test (NIMCET) -2015 / National

Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) (as the case may be) qualified NRI candidates, if

any seat remains vacant for further Counselling and admission, to fill up such vacant

seats from the JEE (Main) -2015 / OIEE-2015 / GATE-2015 / CAT /MAT / XAT / ATMA /CMAT/ NIT MCA Common Entrance Test (NIMCET) -2015 / National Aptitude Test in

Architecture (NATA) (as the case may be) merit list, the Private Professional

Educational Institutions shall furnish the list and documents of the eligible reported

candidates to the Additional Secretary to Government, E&TE&T Depaftment and the

same will be verified by OIEE-2015 that on verification shall allow the eligible

candidates to the to take admission in respective Institutions.

(f) The students eligible for admission under saidl0o/o seats will be issued with

registration number by the BPUT after due verification by OJEE Committee following

the Rules, Regulatibns of the BPUT.

(g) The admission shall be strictly on IEE (Main) -2015 I OJEE-2015 / GATE-20L5 ICAT /MAT / XAT / ATMA I ClvlNU NIT MCA Common Entrance Test (NIMCET) -2015 /National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) (as the case may be) on merit basis only
