Gospel Reaching Out's 7th AnnualSinging Draws Large Crowd
The Horse Cave Tobacco Warehouse No.II was the scene of a big Gospel SingingMay 18 & 19. Largecrowds attended bothnights with approximately 1500 GospelMusic fans from many parts of the Country were in attendance.
Everyone enjoyed the event with 13Gospel groups singing on Friday and 20perfornung on Saturday from Kentucky,
Hart Co. SingingThe Hart County Singing Convention
will be held at the Bonnieville BaptistChurch. 7:30. June 2nd. The gue"t singerswill be the Servants fronri Campbellsville.Ky. Courtney Spradlin is the president.

The Rhythm Masters
THE RHYTHM MASTERS had its
beginning in the late 50's in Birmingham,Alabama. And, from this gospel groupmany well known singers have gone on tofull time careers in the field of gospelmusic.
The Rhythm Masters from Cincinnati,Ohio was started in 1967 by Mr. HomerMilam of Birmingham and within q shorttime was in much demand in the
Mid-West. In 1972 the group won theaward as the best semi-professional gospelgroup in the Nation at the National QuartetConvention in Nashville. Tenn. CarrolRawlings, baritone and manager of TheRhythm Masters, and his wife Linda, weremembers of this award winning group.Carrol Rawlings, president of Artist'sRecording Company, was an originalmember of The Landmark Quartet heardall across the country on The LandmarkHour in Cincinnati, and is the son of Dr.
John Rawlings, the pastor of TheLandmark Baptist Temple.
Linda Rawlings is pianist for TheRhythm Masters and is considered bymany to be one of the finest musicians ingospel music. Rev. Larry Spears, leadsinger for The Rhythm Masters, has beeninvolved in gospel music as a singer,songwriter and musician since his teenageyears. Larry pastored in the Kentucky areafor several years and will now be singing aswell as preaching in meetings and concertswith The Rhythm Masters. Larry's wifeJune Spears sings the alto part for TheRhythm Masters. She is an accomplishedpianist and organist and plays thekeyboard string and bass ensemble for thegroup.
The Rhythm Masters generate an honestexcitement and spirit in their music andportray a real love for Christ because of thereality of the Saviour in their own lives.
