Firstly, find the Google Apps Marketplace here (www.google.com/enterprise/marketplace) and search for Podio.

You should find us as the only result - so click on the title.

Click the big blue "Add it now" button on the top right of the page. Note that you have to be an administrator of

your Google Apps account to do this. If you aren't, then ask your admin to follow this guide.

Now it's time to configure Podio. In fact, we do most of this for you, so just click next.

Grant Podio some permissions on your account. We need these in order to be able to grab your email subject,

body and file attachments, and also to make Podio accounts for your users.

If you don't have a Podio account, we'll create one for you now.

Now it's time to setup your organisation - you can pick a name and logo. If you're already

on Podio, you won't see this step.

The next screen just explains what link to click. It's important to click it otherwise the setup will not complete and

you won't be able to use the gadget.

Now just click the link at the top of the page that says "Sign in now".

Now we'll log you in and create user accounts for your organisation.

Now you can go back to your mail account and assign tasks directly from there. We'll send

a mail to all in your domain to let them know how to use the gadget. Have fun!
