Worry Free Rent Payments

All you have to do is sign up for recurring rent payments through our website! Just log onto mycolonialconnect.com. If you are not registered, click on “Enroll Now” and follow the steps to create an account. Once you register and if you are already registered, sign in and follow the steps to set up

recurring rent payments. Your rent payments will then process automatically every month. If you need assistance setting up your account or recurring payments, please come by the office

and we will be happy to assist you!

Pool Rules

• Pool Hours: Dawn to Dusk • All minors must be accompanied by an adult • No diving or running • No jumping off fountain or sidewalls • No swimming in the fountain • No glass allowed in pool area • No drinks or smoking in the pool • Please use pool restroom, not the clubhouse restrooms

(use same code as the fitness center) • When entering the clubhouse or office, please make sure

you have a shirt and shoes on • All guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times • BBQ’s are first come first served • Please clean up after yourself

• Furry Friends: Please remember all pets MUST be ON A LEASH at all times!

• Every pet must be picked up after. Anyone in violation will be fined $50 per accident.

• Pets are no longer allowed in the Clubhouse or Office. • Trash Alert! Please be sure all trash is getting put in the compactor.

No trash may be left outside apartment doors, in breezeways, on patios, or common areas. Any violators will be fined $75 per bag! • Please remember all breezeways must be left free of clutter. We will remove any items found and fine $100 per item removed. • All minors must be accompanied by an adult throughout community. Minors MAY NOT be in the clubhouse, pool, fitness center, or business center unsupervised!

Ingredients: large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing 1 bunch fresh spinach, rinsed and dried 1 pint strawberries, sliced 4 ounces crumbled goat cheese 1 (5 ounce) package candied pecans (such as Emerald® Pecan Pie Glazed Pecans) 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing

Directions

1. Place the chicken into a skillet with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinaigrette over medium heat; cook and stir until the chicken is browned, no longer pink in the center, and the juice has nearly evaporated, about 10 minutes. Re-move the chicken to a bowl and let cool.

2. Place the spinach into a salad bowl; scatter the strawberries, goat cheese, and can-died pecans over the spinach. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinaigrette over the salad and top with the chicken. Serve slightly warm or chilled.
