“How to Use” Trash Compactor: • Open compactor door

• Toss trash down chute. Make sure it goes all the way down and into the dumpster

• If trash gets stuck in chute, use metal “ram” to push trash into dumpster

• Close compactor door

• After door is closed, it will automatically compact.

First time HEATER use for this season: • When turning the heater on, for the first time this season, you may smell a slight burn-

ing smell.

• DO NOT be alarmed, as this is normal

• It is simply your heat coils burning off the dust from the summer

• Your smoke detector may alert due to the smoke, but again this is not an emergency.
