education system, powered by brilliant professionals and leaders in the field of Engineering &

Management.

Vision and Mission Of Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering

Vision

The vision of the department of Electronics & Communication Engineering is to be recognized as a

trendsetter of its undergraduate programme through focus on core competencies, multi-disciplinary

collaborations, and quality in education.

Mission

To produce higher qualified, well- formed and motivated graduates possessing fundamental knowledge

of engineering practice and research of Electronics and Communication Engineering who can provide

leadership and service to our nation and world.

Program Educational Objectives (PEOs):

The department to fulfil its Mission has following specific educational objectives:

PEO ≠ 1: Core competence & Successful Career

The Graduates of the programme will have successful technical and professional carrier as design

engineers, telecom-engineers, scientists, entrepreneur or work as team leaders or manager in private

sector/PSUs or pursue post graduate and doctorate degree.

PEO ≠ 2: Lifelong Learning

The Graduates of Electronics & Communication Engineering will continue to learn and adapt in a

world of constantly evolving technology.

PEO ≠ 3: Professionalism:

The Graduates of the program shall have professional and ethical attitude, communication skills,

multidisciplinary approach and competence to relate engineering issues to broader social perspective.
