Kvalitet smee za piliranje semena uljane repice zavisi od vrste komponenata koje ulaze u njen sastav i od masenog udela pojedinanih komponenti u toj smei (Tab.4). Procesom piliranja, tj. nanoenjem smee za piliranje na seme, stvara se obloga (pileta) u cilju poveanja prenika. Pileta mora biti dobrog kvaliteta i visokog stepena vrstoe. Prodor vlage u piletu, pa time i njen kapacitet za apsorpciju vlage, omoguena je upotrebom tenzida (povrinski aktivne materije) u sastavu smee za piliranje. Nanesene supstance omoguuju da se za vrlo kratko vreme apsorbuje neophodna koliina vlage, a zbog prisustva hvdrogela pileta naglo bubri, naglo poveava zapreminu i dolazi do pucanja obloge. (54) RAPE SEED PELLETING MIXTURE (57) Invention herewith described refers to the mixture for rape seed pelleting which is the powder mixture consisting of a few carefully selected chemically inert substances, maximally adapted to the plant species for which they are intended. The quality mixture for rape seed pelleting depends on the type of components included in its composition and mass proportion of individual components in the mixture (Tab.4). By the pelleting process i.e. by applying the mixture over the seed, a covering is formed (a pellet) in order to increase the diameter. The pellet must be of good quality and of high strength. The moisture penetration into the pellet, and thus its capacity to absorb the moisture, is allowed with the use of surfactants (surface active agents) in the composition of the pelleting mixture. The applied substances provide the absorption of the necessary amount of moisture in a very short period of time and for the presence of hydro gel the pellet rapidly swells, rapidly increases the volume and the covering cracks.

U telo (1) dimilice na njegovom cilindrinom delu je ugraena komora (3) za sagorevanje sa mreicom (4) u koju se postavlja papir (4.1) sa natopljenim lekom. U ruku (2) dimilice, koja je dvodelna, je ugraen elektromotor (5) sa propelerom (6) kao i baterija (7) sa prekidaem (8) za pogon elektromotora (6) sa propelerom (7). Papir (4.1) sa natopljenom hemikalijom se upali a zatim prekidaem (8) startuje elektromotor (5) to dovodi do okretanje propelera (7). Propeler (7) kroz otvor (2.2) na ruki (2), usisava vazduh i tera ga da struji oko komore (3) i kroz telo dimilice stvarajui time efekat Venturijeve cevi. Dolazi do usisavanja dima zapaljenog papira (4.1) natopljenog hemikalijom i meanja dima sa strujom vazduha, tako da stvorena smea dima izlazi kroz otvor (1.1) za dim.

    (54) ELECTRIC SMOKER FOR CALMING BEES (57) The invention herewith described refers to the electric smoker for calming bees that consists of the smoker body (1) which at one end has a performed opening (1.1) for the smoke exit and at the other end it has an retracted ring (2.1) fixed and removable handle (2) of the smoker. In the body (1) of the smoker, in its cylindrical part there is the built-in chamber (3) for the combustion with the net (4) over which is put the paper (4.1) soaked in an adhesive. In the handle (2) of the smoker, which is the two-piece one, there is installed the electric motor (5) with the propeller (6) and the battery (7) with the switch (8) for driving the electric motor (6)

    with the propeller (7). The paper (4.1) soaked in a chemical agent is ignited and then the switch (8) starts the electric motor (5) causing the rotation of the propeller (7). The propeller (7) through an opening (2.2) on the handle (2) sucks air and forces it to flow around the chamber (3) and through the body of the smoker thereby creating the Venturi tube effect. There comes the sucking of the smoke of the burning paper (4.1) soaked in a chemical agent and the mixing of the smoke with air stream and the created mixture of smoke exits through the hole (1.1) for smoke.

Pronalazak koristi najveim delom otpadnu energiju koju nose izlazni gasovi iz tunelske pei da bi obezbedio zahtevane tehnoloke potrebe sa parom niskog pritiska i toplotom za tehnoloku i sanitarnu toplu vodu , odnosno da se izbegne kotlovsko postrojenje za takve svrhe. Omoguena je funkcionalna energetska usaglaenost rada tunelske pei (1) i toplotnog kapaciteta ureaja postrojenja sa grejaem (3) vode, dogrejaem (5) vrele vode i akumulacijom vode u napojnom bojleru (8) i rairitelju (9) pare kao i prikljuenog sekundarnog sistema sa cirkulacionom pumpom (13).Kompaktnost postrojenja prijavljenog patenta ne zahteva poseban prostor izvan tunelske pei (1) a automatsko upravljanje obezbeduje siguran rad i prilagodavanje tehnolokim potrebama tunelske pei (1).

There is allowed the functional energy compatibility of the tunnel oven (1) and heat capacity of devices of the plant unit with the water heater (3) the hot water reheater (5) and water accumulation in the supply water heater (8) and the steam spreader (9) as well as the connected secondary system with the circulation pump (13). The compactness of the plant from the registered patent does not require a special space outside the tunnel oven (1) and the automatic control provides the safe operation and adjustment to the technological needs of the tunnel oven (1).

Na osnovu eljenih teksturnih, senzornih i funkcionalnih osobina bezglutenskog tvrdog keksa kreiran je sirovinski sastav finalnog proizvoda, a koji

    ine pirinano i belo heljdino brano, biljna mast, eer u prahu, med, sredstvo za narastanje (natrijum-hidrogen-karbonat), emulgator (ester diacetil vinske kiseline i monoglicerida), hidrokoloid (karboksimetilceluloza) i kuhinjska so. Funkcionalna svojstva proizvoda potiu od rutina, kvercetina i ukupnih prehrambenih vlakana, a nutritivna svojstva od aminokiselinskog sastava proteina i prisutnih mineralnih materija poreklom iz heljde, a koje se u proizvod unose u koliinama koje zavise od vrste (belo heljdino brano) i uea heljdinog brana u recepturi za dati bezglutenski tvrdi keks. U zavisnosti od sirovinskog sastava proizvoda definisan je industrijski tehnoloki proces proizvodnje (izmenjen u odnosu na standardni za tvrdi keks od peninog brana), koji konano omoguava dobijanje bezglutenskog tvrdog keksa na bazi pirinanog i belog heljdinog brana, sa dodatkom prirodnog hidrokoloida i sa poveanim sadrajem prirodnih antioksidativnih materija optimalnih senzornih svojstava u odnosu na eljene. (54) GLUTEN-FREE COOKIES BASED ON RICE AND BUCKWHEAT, WITH INCREASED CONTENT OF NATURAL ANTIOXIDANT SUBSTANCES INTENDED FOR INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION (57) Invention herewith described refers to the gluten-free cookies based on rice and buckwheat flour primarily intended for nutrition of patients with celiac disease, but because of the specific content of rutin and quercetin they are suitable and recommended for consumption to people with cardiovascular disorders and because of the overall nutritional value to the healthy part of the population as well in order to prevent previously mentioned metabolic disorders. Based on the desired texture, sensory and functional properties of gluten-free cookies, raw material composition of the final product is created that consist of rice flour and white buckwheat flour, vegetable fat, powdered sugar, honey, raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate), emulsifier (diacetyl tartaric acid ester of monoglyceride), hydrocolloid (carboxymethylcellulose) and salt. The functional properties of products originate from the presence of rutin, quercetin and total dietary fibres, and nutritional properties of the amino acid composition of proteins and present minerals originating from buckwheat, which are included in the product in amounts that depend on the type (white buckwheat flour) and participation of the buckwheat flour in the recipe for the gluten-free cookies. Depending on the composition of the raw material in the product, the industrial technological production process (changed in relation to the standard one for the cookies made of wheat flour), is defined which finally allows getting the gluten-free cookies based on white rice and buckwheat flour, with the addition of natural hydrocolloid and an increased content of natural antioxidant substances with optimal sensory characteristics compared to the desired.

(54) POSTUPAK ZA INDUSTRIJSKU PROIZVODNJU KOLAA SA PUNJENJEM OD VONE MARMELADE (71) MEDELA A.D., Kulski put bb, 21460 Vrbas, RS (72) ZORKI, ivojin, dr Ivana Ribara 130/6, 11070 Novi Beograd, RS (74) OSOVI Dragoljub, Vojvode Dragomira 27, 11000 Beograd, RS (57) U ovoj prijavi prikazan je tehnoloki postupak proizvodnje kolaa sa vonim punjenjem, sa mogunou da dobijeni proizvod bude preliven kako prelivom. Polazne supstanke za dobijanje kolaa primenom ovog postupka su vona marmelada, penino brano, beli eer u prahu, voda, margarin, svea jaja, sladni ekstrakt (malteks), invertni sirup, surutka u prahu, mleko u prahu, so, sredstvo za dizanje testa (E500ii, E503ii), emulgator (E322) i odgovarajua aroma. Postupak dobijanja ini nekoliko koraka, pri emu se najpre odmeri potrebna koliina komponenti, koje se meaju, te dobijeno testo sipa u ureaj za istanjivanje testa, koje se istiskuje kroz odgovarajue dizne, a u sredinu testa, se pomou zupaste pumpe i dizni utiskuje odgovarajua koliina vone marmelade. Tako nastale trake testa prihvata transportna traka, koja tako obrazovano testo nosi na peenje u tunelsku pe. Nakon peenja, trake se seku na eljenu duinu i dobijeni proizvod se prirodno hladi na transporteru za prirodno hlaenje. U prijavi je prikazan i postupak dobijanja kakao preliva, kojim se nakon prirodnoh hadnja opciono moe preliti dobijeni proizvod. Naime, pre prelivanja kakao prelivom, kolai se odlau u plastine kadice. Predhodno pripremljeni kakao preliv, se rotacionom pumpom transportuje do maine za okoladiranje, a ulaganje kolaa na prelivanje vri se runo. Nakon prelivanja kolaa kakao prelivom, dobijeni proizvod se hladi na linijskom hladnjaku. Nakon hlaenja vri se pakovanje u komercijalne kutije odreenih neto teina, koje prolaze kroz metal detektor i redaju u transportne kutije. (54) PROCEDURE FOR INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION OF COOKIES WITH FRUIT MARMALADE FILLING (57) The invention herewith described refers to the technological procedure for production of the cookies with fruit marmalade filling, with the possibility of coating the obtained product with cocoa topping. Starting substances for the cake in this procedure are fruit marmalade, wheat flour, white powdered sugar, water, margarine, fresh eggs, malt extract (maltex),

    invert syrup, whey powder, milk powder, salt, dough raising agent (E500ii, E503ii), emulsifier (E322) and an appropriate flavouring agent. The procedure consists of several steps, and the first step is to weigh the required amount of components, which are mixed and the obtained dough is poured into the dough thinning machine where the dough is extruded through the appropriate nozzles, and in the middle of the dough is injected the right amount of fruit marmalade by means of the gear pump and the nozzles. Thus obtained dough strips are accepted by the conveyor which thus shaped dough transports to the tunnel oven for baking. After the baking, the strips are cut to the desired length and the obtained product is naturally cooled on the conveyer for natural cooling. In the application, there is also described the procedure for obtaining cocoa topping, which can be, after the natural cooling, optionally put over the obtained product. In fact, before putting the cocoa topping, the cookies are stored in small plastic tubs. Previously prepared cocoa topping is through the rotary pump transported to the chocolate coating machine into which the cakes are put manually. After coating the cake with the cocoa topping, the obtained product is cooled on the liner refrigerator. After cooling, the packing is performed in the commercial boxes of specific net weights, passing through the metal detector and sorted into transport boxes.

The extract is obtained by four-day maceration of the plant material in 600 ml of 7% water-ethanol solution. The ratio of the plant material mixture to the solution is 1:5, 5. Subsequently, the extract is filtered through the filter paper in the Bchner funnel. The technical problem to be

By a simple solution i.e. by mounting the safety valve (6) inside the standard intravenous cannula (1) in the part designed for connection (5) consisting of two separate thin rubber wings which are basically semi-circular and their bases are attached to the inside of connection part (5) of the intravenous cannula (1) and extend with the inner edge touching, the outer edges follow the inner shape of the cannula (1) and they are slightly bent towards the inside

By suppression, the safety valve flappers (6) are separated and provide the undisturbed setting of the basic needle (2) of the cannula (1) and a connection with the medical syringe (7), whose tip (8) for the connection pushes and opens by suppressing the safety valve flappers (6).     (54) DEVICE FOR REDUCING HARMFUL GASES FROM CHIMNEYS WITH POWER OUTPUT UP TO 50 kW (57) The invention herewith described refers to the device for reducing harmful gases from the chimneys with power output up to 50 kW operates in the way that harmful gas first passes through the element (9) and then proceeds to the water turbine (11) through the pipe (4), where it meets the turbine (10) water fog and water nozzles (12). The larger particles are saturated and thus heavier and because of that they fall down through the tubes (5) into the separator (1). The impurities from the separator (1) are removed by the tap (l3). The adding to the water level in the separator (1) is performed by the tap (14). Gases accumulated above the water surface in the separator (1) pass through the pipe (3) and further on through the T piece (7) in which there is the filter (15) for the dry purifying and the purified gas i.e. the clean air exits through the pipe (8) into the atmosphere. An additional pressure relief in the invention and the additional purifying are performed by the tubes for recycling (16).

    (54) COLLECTOR ELECTRICAL FILTER (57) The invention herewith described refers to the collector electrical filters for purification of gases which consists of the outer metal sheath - the collector (1), which acts as the negative electrode and in the inside of which there is the coating (3) of an insulating material, the corrugated metal inner cylinder (2), which is coated with a thin layer of insulating material of low capacity for polarization of dielectric and acts as a positive electrode. The inner metal cylinder rests on the isolation rings (4, 5) - the electrode supports and the ring (5) through which there is obtained the galvanic connection of the positive electrode with the source of high voltage DC power supply. With connecting to the power source, between the outer cylinder as the negative electrode and the inner cylinder as the positive electrode there will be formed an electric field. In order to maintain a stationary electric field, the inside of the outer cylinder is coated with an insulating coating of adequate dielectric strength. The surface of the positive electrode is coated with a layer of insulating material, which, due to its dielectric properties, prevents neutralisation of negatively charged particles, which under the influence of an electric field, come into contact with the positive electrode resulting in their accumulation on it. The removal of the accumulated particles from the positive electrode is performed by the air under pressure in the process of which the electrodes can be in or out of the collector. Withdrawal of the electrodes from the collector and its return to the original position is provided by the application of the insulating couplings (10) and the movable frame (11). The collector electrical filters can be applied individually for small spaces or within the block collector with more collector electrical filters.

During the first phase, the phase of the binder production, the measurement of plasticizers is performed which can be: paraffin oil, naphthenic oil, di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate, dibutyl phthalate, butyl benzyl phthalate, diisononyl phthalate, di-isodecyl phthalate, triethyl citrate and di-n-octyl phthalate or any combination thereof, component (b), polyethylene oligomer, component (a) which, after weighing on the balance (1), are transported to the planetary mixers (2) where the binder is mixed and the binding semi-finished product (c) is obtained. The manufacturing process of binders based on polyethylene oligomers proceeds with measuring of the binding semi-finished product (c), dispersant (d), homogenizers (s) and pigment on the balance (3) and after that the components are via belt conveyor (12) supplied to the mixer (4) for mixing and homogenizing the mass in order to obtain the binder (g). During the second phase, the binder (g) is via conveyor (12) delivered to the mixer (6) into which is from the unit (5) added the chalk (h) twice, talc (i), silicates (j) and other fillers according to the to defined technology. Directly from the mixer (6), the mass (l) enters the device (7) for plastic profiling. From the profiling device (7) there comes out the plastics of the defined profile which is cut by the cutting device (9), and then packed in the device (10) for packing the finished plastic products of a defined shape.

Through the housing (3) and the body (5) there is made a vertical opening for inserting the cylindrical steel wedge (1) with the ball fixed with thread on the upper end of the drivers handle. On the bottom of the housing (3) there is the runner (9) of the slide for locking and along which by turning the key (K), moves the slide (4) of the wedge locker which at the locking of the vehicle enters the narrowed groove on the wedge (1) and thus prevents unwelcome extraction of the wedge (1). Between the slide (4) and the slide runner (9) there is mounted a spring (10) for ejection of the wedge (1) after unlocking in the cases when the lock is fixed from the upper end (14) of the shaft or laterally. Istaloeni mulj se pumpom (12) uvodi povremeno u talonik (13) iz koga se gusti mulj uvode u postrojenje za odvodnjavanje (2) preko cevovoda (14) a prelivna voda se vrae u talono jezero (7) preko cevovoda (15). Primenom ovog pronalaska eliminie se prodiranje vodi iz deponije u podzemne vode i omoguuje zalivanje deponije i tako spreava podizanje praine i omoguuje rekultivacija deponije.

    (54) PREPARATION AND DEPOSITING OF VERY THICK MIXTURE OF FLY ASH, SLAG AND WATER IN PASTE FORM (57) Invention herewith described refers to the preparation and depositing a thick mixture of fly ash, slag, and water in the form of paste performed by introducing the liquid mixture of water, ash and slag with the water mass content of about 60% through the pipeline (1) into the drainage system (2) in which the water is separated in order to get the mixture of water, ash and slag in the form of paste at the exit with the water mass content of about 30%. This mixture is through the piston pump or diaphragm pump (3) and the pipeline (4) better disposed to the landfill (5) to greater heights and the impact of this paste on the environment in terms of water excess is negligible. The separated water is drained into the precipitation lake (7) lined with foil and used to irrigate parts of the drainage system through the system (8) for the landfill watering via pumps (9) and the pipeline (10) or it returns to the power plant through the pipeline (11). From time to time, the deposited sludge is by the pump (12) introduced into the precipitation tank (13) from which the thick sludge is introduced into the drainage system (2) through the pipeline (14) and the water overflow returns into the precipitation lake (7) through the pipeline (l5). By using this invention, the penetration of water from the landfill into the groundwater is eliminated and the watering of the landfill is allowed, raising of dust is prevented and the landfill reclamation is allowed.

(54) SYNTHESIS OF ACID METHYL ESTERS BY CONTINUOUS HETEROGENEOUS CATALYZED METHANOLYSIS OF VEGETABLE OILS (57) The invention herewith described refers to the synthesis of acid methyl esters by continuous heterogeneous catalyzed methanolysis of vegetable oils by using the quicklime as the catalyst in the reactor with a fixed layer. The quicklime is prepared by annealing at a temperature of 450 to 650C for 4 h. The methanolysis reaction is performed at the atmospheric pressure and temperature of 20 to 65C, and the mole ratio methanol:oil from 6:1 to 20:1 and the reaction mixture retention time from 60 to 120 min. The productivity of fatty acid methyl esters is 99% at the temperature of 60C, at the initial minor mole ratio methanol:oil 18:1 and at the contact time of 90 min.

    ugljendisulfid reaguju pri najpogodnijem molskom odnosu 1,0:1,1 na temperaturi od 28C do 35C, tokom 0, 5 asova, a u drugoj fazi dobijena dimetilaminska so dimetilditiokarbaminske kiseline reaguje sa rastvorom vodonik-peroksida u toku 0,5 asova, pri molskom odnosu 1,0:1,0, pri temperaturi od 35 do 40C. Dobija se tetrametiltiuramdisulfid (TMTD) kao, najpovoljnije sa aspekta proizvodnosti reaktora, 20 %- tna suspenzija koja se zatim filtrira na vakuum filtru i ispira sa vodom, filtrat se sabira i ponovo upotrebljava za sledeu sintezu kao reakcioni medijum, a filtraciona pogaa sui u vakuum sunici na 80C pri vakuumu od 660 Pa u toku 2 asa. Dobijeni ( TMTD ) se moe mleti do odreene granulacije i formulisati sa 1% tom ulja za gumarsku industriju ili formulisati kao preparat fungicid.

In the first phase of the reaction, dimethylamine and carbon disulphide react with the most suitable molar ratio 1,0:1,1 at the temperature of 28 C to 35 C for half an hour, while in the second phase, the obtained dimethylamine salt of dimethyldithiocarbamic acid reacts with hydrogen peroxide solution during half an hour, with molar ratio 1, 0:1,0 at the temperature of 35 to 40C. Tetramethylthiuram disulfide (TMTD) is obtained as, the best from the point of the reactor productivity, the 20% suspension which is then filtered by a vacuum filter and rinsed with water, the filtrate is gathered and reused for the next synthesis as the reaction medium, and the filtrated slop is dried in the vacuum drier at the temperature of 80 C and the vacuum of 660 Pa for 2 hours. The obtained (TMTD) can be grinded to the specific granulation and formulated with 1% of the oil for the rubber industry or formulated as the preparation - fungicide.

The shutters are built in the aero-mixture channels from the

    mills to the boilers in the thermoelectric power plants. Aero-mixture carries coal and sand particles, causing the abrasion of the shutters. Chemical composition of the alloy is 2,4 to 2,6 mass % of carbon, 0,5 to 0,7 weight % of silicon, 0,5 to 0,6 mass % of manganese; 18 to 20 mass % of chromium, 0, 8 to 1,2 mass % of nickel, 2,5 to 2,7 mass % of molybdenum, 0,32 to 0,34 mass% of cerium, lanthanum and neodymium together, to 0,1 mass % of tungsten and vanadium, together with the rest of iron. The alloy is heated isothermally for long to 920C and controlled cooled for 75 hours to min 150C, where the obtained hardness is HRc = 28 to 30.

The purifier consists of the housing (1) on whose one side is mounted the input pipe (6) through which the gases enter the housing (1) in which is the wet purifier (2) wetted by the liquid (4) from the tank (3) and thus chemically dissolved the gasses pass through the exhaust pipe (7).
