GENERATING BUSINESS IN SRI LANKA
The International Trade Centre (ITC) and the Government of Sri Lanka are organizing B2B meetings enabling opportunities for companies around the world to meet potential business partners. The B2B meetings will focus on five industries including:
Tourism Apparel Specialty Food IT and Business Process Management Rubber

BUDGET: US$ 5 million
The B2B will gather enterprises operating in the four industries as well as other companies interested in exploring new sources of supply or business opportunities within these industries, taking advantage of the strategic position of Sri Lanka as a Commercial, Aviation, Maritime, Energy and Knowledge hub.
Individual matchmaking meetings between high potential buyers/sellers will be arranged by ITC for each company based on their business interests and complementarities. Companies participating in the B2B will have direct access to participate also in the Forum.

ITC is the joint agency of World Trade Organisation and the United Nations. ITC assists small and medium–sized enterprises in developing and transition economies to become more competitive in global markets, thereby contributing to sustainable economic development within the framework of the Aid-for-Trade agenda and the Millennium Development Goals.

HOW WILL THE B2B BE ORGANIZED?
ITC will prepare individual meetings for each company based on their business interests and complementarities.
The 30-minute- business meetings will be scheduled over the three days of the Forum in the following time slots:
• Tuesday 11 October: from 13H00 to 18H30
• Wednesday 12 October: from 11H30 to 12H30 and from 17H30 to 18H30
• Thursday 13 October : from 08H30 to 09H30 and from 10H30 to 11H30
Companies must collect their badge from 8:00 to 10:30 on 11 October prior to their participation. WHICH COMPANIES WILL PARTICIPATE?
