    C I R C U L A R

    Sub:- Education-Technical-General Transfer 2012-General Instructions-

    issued.

    It is noted that many Heads of the institutions are forwarding online, incorrect

    vacancy positions and erroneous data of employees from the offices / institutions

    under their control through the website: www.dtekerala.gov.in/mis. As this data has

    been using for taking decisions in the establishment matters of the employees, it

    creates a lot of confusions in the establishment matters such as transfer/promotion &

    posting, reporting vacancy to KPSC etc. which even leads to court cases. Before

    notifying General Transfer 2012, it is the responsibility of Heads of institutions /

    offices to ensure the data be correct in all aspects. The following schedule have been

    fixed for correction and forwarding data.

    After forwarding the correct vacancy position as on 10th December 2011 before 20th

    December 2011, the office has to verify / update employee details provided in the

    website: www.dtekerala.gov.in/mis with service book and other relevant records

    available in the office or produced by the employee. The Head of institution / office

    has to forward it online before 31st

    December 2011. As on forwarding the employee

    details, the employees can view their employee details through the website:

    www.dtekerala.gov.in/elogin.

    The Head of institution / office has to notify their employees regarding the publishingof the employee details in the website: www.dtekerala.gov.in/elogin and if any

    correction / updation of the details provided in the website is needed, the incumbent

    has to take a printout of their employee details (Form-A), indicate the modification

    requested in the Form-A itself and submit to the Head of institution with supporting

    documentary evidence. The last date for submission of request for modification of

    employees data to the Head of institution by the employee is 10th

    January 2012.

    The Office concerned have to examine the modification requested by the employee in

    Form-A with Service book and other documents available or provided by the

    employee and make necessary modification in the website if required; after

    forwarding the vacancy details as on 1.1.2012. The last date for forwarding the

    corrected employee details is 15th Januar y, 2012.
