Arterio-Verous malformations are complex vascular lesion. We present an interesting case of a young gentleman having large AVM over scalp. He had recurrent pain & increasing size, hence he was evaluated with CT Angiography (scan) & confirmed to have AVM fed by multiple feeder vessels. Intra cranial extension was ruled out. Linder GA feeders arteries named superficial temporal & supra orbital arteries were ligated, Hemostatic sutures were taken & whole AVM was excised successfully, Post op recovery was excellent. HPE confirmed the clinical diagnosis. AVM are rare clinical entity and need planning & team approach for successful outcome.
