It is in helping each other that we gain the confidence
and the connections needed to thrive as humans.
We can reap enormous benefits by volunteering or
being of service to others. This is the essence of life.

A day with love goes quickly. A day without love takes much
longer. It is up to you to give love straight from the heart to
each and every person you meet. Give all the love you have
away every second of every hour of every day so that it can
permeate the collective consciousness of the human race.
Love is the substance of which all things are made. It is the
most powerful feeling in the universe.

A JOKE CAN EASE THE MIN D, CURE A ILMENTS, AND PROLONG YOUR LIFE
Sometimes making light of the most painful situation
can make it bearable. A laugh breaking a tense silence
can do wonders for the soul. Part of the prescription for
a good, long, healthy life, is copious amounts of laughter.

Sometimes the easiest way is the best way. If
we listen to the whispers, not only in the form
of words, but from life around us awakening,
we help move this world forward and bring it
to a new and better place for humans and all
life everywhere.

A watched candle; a soak in a tub; a moment under a tree;
all of these moments contain the essence of the in-betweens
of life events. They have great power within. Use them
generously and you will help bring calm back into this world.

Take another deep breath,
relax, and let your expanded
conciousness open up once
again. Feel the presence of your
whole body as you read through
the following pages. The most
important thing to do is breathe
and loosen your muscles so you
will be relaxed while viewing
this second half.

Religious dogma may cause us to worry
about how we will be judged at death.
That worry is unnecessary. There is
no judgment. No punishment. We
will, however, have the opportunity to
review every moment of our human
life objectively with spiritual eyes full
of unconditional love. The life review
may be uncomfortable if we do not
like how we behaved in human life. But
the understanding and appreciation for
others will completely overshadow the
emotional pain.

Focussing all of your
energy on a task or idea
prevents the mind from
turning in on itself.
Exercise of the mind daily
keeps it sharp. Your brain
will thank you for it.

dream big. Dreaming
big will help you reach
the highest places. This
takes effort, discipline,
determination, mental

to accomplish. On your

you are and have always
been safe. Remember as
you learn to be confident
once again.

The excitement of living makes every instant, second,
and moment a delight. Our individuality is what
makes each of us valuable. It is impossible for any
one person to be replaced.
Everything has a purpose, Should a purpose not be
recognized immediately, allow whatever your heart
attracts. Ask with intention to receive an answer
and you will be pleasantly rewarded with a response.
Stay attentive. Recognize the answer when it pres-
ents itself. What you may find is that the answer
is not what you planned for. However, it will not
disappoint you.
Take pride in your accomplishments and be proud of
who you are. Take care of your body, mind and soul.
They offer you the greatest of rewards.

It takes many years and many mistakes and many
successes to find where you stand. At times the road
may seem difficult. What this means is that you are
evolving. Keep going and use your life as a method
of enjoyment. Sound, sight, feeling and emotion are
unique to us. You can have a positive influence on
the lives of others, just as they on you.

The great recycler will efface our entire planet, but
we’ll already have had our time here. Should we

live. Happy people, happy planet.

Once, in a little pond, in the muddy water under the lily pads, there lived a little water beetle in a community of water beetles. They lived a simple and comfortable life in the pond with few disturbances and interruptions.
Once in a while, sadness would come to the community when one of their fellow beetles would climb the stem of a lily pad and would never be seen again. They knew when this happened; their friend was dead, gone forever.
Then, one day, one little water beetle felt an irresistible urge to climb up that stem. However, he was determined that he would not leave forever. He would come back and tell his friends what he had found at the top.
When he reached the top and climbed out of the water onto the surface of the lily pad, he was so tired, and the sun felt so warm, that he decided he must take a nap. As he slept, his body changed and
when he woke up, he had turned into a beautiful blue-tailed drag-onfly with broad wings and a slender body designed for flying.
So, fly he did! And, as he soared he saw the beauty of a whole new world and a far superior way of life to what he had ever known existed.
Then he remembered his beetle friends and how they were thinking by now he was dead. He wanted to go back to tell them, and explain to them that he was now more alive than he had ever been before. His life had been fulfilled rather than ended.
But, his new body would not go down into the water. He could not get back to tell his friends the good news. Then he understood that their time would come, when they, too, would know what he now knew.
So, he raised his wings and flew off into his joyous new life!

War. Machinery. Defense. Its purpose
is protection of the innocent. A noble
cause it is, however one day its need
may be less apparent yet remembered
and honoured. Are we seeking final
rest to war and conflict? As the world
awakens as a powered machine of love,
equilibrium of force in large parts of the
world is clear. A turn back of the clock
is difficult, if not impossible. The lesson
of the pain of war will make many men
reawaken themselves to life.

We are surrounded by eternal beings. Our bodies
are designed to filter out an amazing amount of
information and to keep the physical earth illusion
intact. Spirits and Angels abound. They are with us
every moment of every day. You cannot see them but
in becoming aware, their responses and directions
become apparent. As skeptic for many years, this is
the year that faith coated me. I learned that we are all
loved eternally and unconditionally and can release
our dreams to God and he will love them into being.
