▣ Handling Instruction

Step Instructions

Sales○ In case of new model, request approval to SELFTGS with certification of result

of test for Radio Frequency and Lithium battery

Reservation

○ Check the approved GPS Tracker

- Forbidden sales of unapproved GPS Tracker and request new product to

SELFTGS

- Not more than 2 GPS Tracker per a MAWB

○ Input "GPS" SCC Code upon reservation

○ Input model name on CSS Scribble pad

○ Photo of cargo attached to a GPS is required.

Acceptance

○ Check the photo of Cargo attaching GPS upon acceptance

- Check whether it is approved model or not

- Keep photo copy more than 14 days

○ Check whether the number of GPS tracker exceed 2 or not

upon screen

○ Reject the shipment if damage found on cargo or GPS

○ Reject the shipment if the model of GPS is not approved

※ In case of inner packed, shipper's confirmation letter shall be

accepted (Click)
