CA Project includes Installing/constructing retaining walls at downslope edge at both road failures to stabilize the roadway after storm damage. Both of these roads are vital travelways for fire suppression activities.
40 GAOA RD88 - Medicine Lake Roads FY22 CA Road deferred maintenance, pavement preservation, and repairs to primary NFS roads accessing Medicine Lake Recreation Area.
40 GAOA RF01 - Enhancing Los Angeles Foothill Community Rec Destination at Chantry Flat
CA Project includes replacing water system and flush toilets, constructing retaining walls and moving the unusable portion of the picnic area on the upward portion of the rec site.
40 GAOA RF04 Forestwide Wilderness Trailhead Improvements
CA The project will maintain 10 paved, 30 aggregate, and 11 native surface parking lots. 51 decayed trailhead kiosks will be replaced. Replacement trailhead interpretive signage will be designed, fabricated, and installed. This is a two- year project.
40 GAOA RF06 - Forest Wide Deferred Maintenance
CA This project replaces toilet risers, picnic tables, and fire rings, asphalt patching, repair & replacement of parking barriers/bollards, repair of signs/kiosks and painting of signs and restrooms for 15 sites.
40 GAOA RF09 - MDF Forestwide Campground Maintenance Phase 2
CA Maintenance and repairs to drinking water systems, accessibility, tables, trash receptacles, roads and campsite stalls, signage, kiosks, fee stations.

CA This project would construct convenient bathrooms, make safety improvements to parking areas, and construct a purpose-built trail to protect water, reduce traffic hazards, and protect riparian areas from damage.

40 GAOA RF13 FY22 - Tenmile-Lava Butte Campground Giant Sequoia National Monument
CA This Project will convert the Tenmile Overflow into Lava Butte fee campground to eliminate public sanitation concern, add universal accessibility, eliminate resource damage while reducing agency managerial costs and generating fee income.
40 GAOA RF15 Jerseydale Campground Rehabilitation Phase 4
CA Phase 4 campground improvements include installation and/or construction of food lockers, hitching rails, hitching rail area with path, single gate, parking spur, single campsite, tent pad, ORARs, and steps.
40 GAOA TL08 MNF Yolla Bolly Wilderness Deferred Trail Maint
CA Work includes brushing, tread repair, repairing erosion control features and removing down trees across the trails.

CA The project would realign the trail segments and harden stream crossings that are creating safety and resource issues among 8-miles of wilderness trails, including trails within recently acquired lands added to the wilderness.
40 GAOA TL19 - Pope-Baldwin National Recreation Trail Reconstruction
CA This project will reconstruct and widen a portion of the Pope Baldwin National Recreation Trail.
40GAOA PSW Arcata Elevator Replacement CA This project is to replace the elevator and modify the shaft such the elevator meets current seismic code and is ADA accessible.
40GAOA RF11 - Plumas Forest-Wide Campground and Day Use Site Improvements
CA Campground and day use site upgrades on 17 recreation sites - project work would include paving, road repairs, gates, replacing picnic tables, barriers, signs, and firerings, purchasing & installing bear boxes
Antelope Lake Rec Area 27N41 & 28N03 DOUBLE CHIP SEAL
CA Work consists of brushing, cleaning culverts, and applying a double chipseal layer over existing paved road

BR03-Big Silver Bridge CA Replace existing rail car bridge with new bridge. Project includes survey, design, and construction of single lane width, approximately 40 feet span bridge.
BR05 - Mule Trail Bridge Replacement CA Project includes replacing an aging major trail bridge over North Fork Salmon River at a trailhead to Marble Mtn. Wilderness. This bridge accesses an important trailhead for outfitter guides that provide service to public.
BR05 - O'Neil Bridge Repair CA Remove two existing broken panels. Construct and place two new replacement panels. New panels shall match the material and dimensions of the removed panel and meet or exceed the load-carrying capacity of the removed panel. Design is 100% complete
BR05 - Salmon Methodist & Scott River Bridge: Pressure grout cracks in bridge deck and beams
CA The project consists of repairing the deteriorating surface of Salmon-Methodist Bridge and Scott River Bridge. The repair will include epoxy injection of cracks on the topside of both bridge decks.
BR05- Slater Fire Bridge Replacements (3) CA Replace dolittle, Mill Creek and West Branch vehicle bridges that burned in the Slater Fire (2020). These bridges access timber stands and recreation sites.
BR06 - Black Rock Bridge Reconstruction CA Project will replace the girders and eliminate the fracture critical condition as well as replace the deck and railing system and repair scour holes at base of piers at the main span.

BR07- Monterey RD Renovate Historic Pack-Stock Bridge & Trails
CA Renovate historic Horse Bridge and assoc. trails to access 24 mi. of Wilderness trails. Replace all treads on 98-foot steel structure. Refurbish and paint exterior of bridge for protection from the natural elements. Rehab trails to pack stock standards.
BR08 - Beaver Creek Bridge Abutment Retrofit CA Design and construct foundation system that allows slide to move under bridge without causing damage. Foundation moves ~5/8" per year. Excavation and removal of old structure and construction of new abutment without disturbing bridge deck.
BR08 - Eel River AOP CA REPLACE FAILED CULVERTS. DESIGN, AND CONSTRUCT BRIDGE, REMOVE AND DISPOSE OF 10,000 CUBIC YARDS OF FILL.
BR09 - Middle Fork Parker Creek Bridge replacement
CA Replacement of the Middle Fork Parker Creek Bridge on Forest Route 31. A standard Region 5 concrete structure would be utilized. The original bridge components and the temporary bridge would be removed and rehabilitated as part of this effort.
BR14 - Critical Bridge Repair CA Critical Bridge Repair on Brown's Creek, Castle Creek and Kosk creek bridges on the Shasta Trinity Natioanl Forest. BR1: Deck & railing replacement; Br2: Repair rip rap of scour damage of 20' hole in stream bead near foundations; Br3: removal of upstream drift logs/trees up against the center pier.

Davis Forestry Sciences Lab CA To construct a new owned PSW Davis Forestry Sciences Laboratory building for PSW HQ near UC Davis.
DM09 - Quail Lake Dam Spillway Stabilization CA Project entails stabilization of existing primary spillway and installing auxiliary spillway. Quail lake dam is a 17 foot tall HH embankment dam with approximately 60 lives at risk, state highway downstream, and public beach downstream.
DM10 - Hume Lake Phase 3 CA Outfall interior corrosion protection - ceramic or concrete. Tree removal on west abutment. Tertiary grouting on west abutment to address seepage around the end of the structure.
DM11 - Lake Mary Auxiallary Spillway CA Entails construction of auxiliary spillway. Primary spillway is blocked by local water district gates which they use to store water for Mammoth Lakes Ca.
DM12 - Lost Lake Dam Siphon Spillway CA The project entails the construction and installation of an automatic siphon spillway.

FC** - R5 Multi Forest Trailer Park Expansion Project
CA This project will increase housing capacity at LTBMU's Baldwin trailer park, Inyo National Forest's Mammoth Compound and the Tahoe National Forest's Truckee District Campus by adding new trailer pads spaces. A total of 19 trailer pads will be constructed
FC-001Patrick Creek Bath House Restoration CA The Forest plans to renovate the historic stone bath house at Patrick's Creek, with the ultimate intent of utilizing it as a rustic overnight rental, and historic show piece for the district.
FC-003Forest Wide Boat ramp/river access maintenance
CA The proposed plan is to improve, repair and restore historic river access sites, to allow for river watercraft access, by Search & Rescue, outfitter guides, and the public.
FC-004Forest Wide Recreation Sign Maintenance CA This project would contribute to reduce the deferred maintenance to recreation signs across the forest. This includes replacement of highest priority signs first followed by the repair, or replacement of other recreation signs across the forest.
FC01 - Chilao Water System CA The proposed project will replace the main lines that lead into the campgrounds and major loops. This would allow us to isolate and turn off water in the loops to address leaks and safety issues.

FC03 - Eldorado Forest Supervisor's Office and Consolidation
CA Design and build one new administrative office to consolidate Supervisor's Office, Placerville District Office, and additional facilities on the Forest (200 employees). Demolish old buildings and terminate the lease.
FC03 - Grizzly Flat Fire Station CA Replace the failing engine garage using standard designs. Existing Space is 957 SF. New space needs is 3,840 SF. (Standard R5 Design) Provide two engine bays and adequate PT facilities. Address snow load.
FC03 - Roof Replacements CA The project will remove and replace the existing roofs with new standing seam metal roofs.
FC04 - Rock Creek Lake Boat Launch Rehabilitation
CA This project is for the construction of a new boat launch ramp, boarding float, installation of a new vault toilet, construction of ADA accessible sidewalks and the resurfacing & restriping of the facility parking lot including facility access roads.

FC04 -R5 Multi-Forest High Priority Accessible Toilet Replacement, Phase 2
CA This project will address current deficiencies that exist at developed recreation sites on the Inyo, by replacing 12 non accessible toilets at 7 recreation sites. The improvements will enable the sites to meet ABA and ADA accessibility requirements.
FC05 - Grass Lake Engine Bay Replacement & Building Demolition
CA The project consists of the complete design and construction contract administration of work needed to demolish four (4) small structures and construct one new engine office at US Forest Service Grass Lake fire station.
FC05 - Happy Camp District Office CA Construct a 9090 sq ft District Office on open land at the Happy Camp administrative site on the west end of the community. The office will house 45 FTEs and Fire Dispatch supporting Cal-Fire, State OES, Karuk Tribe, and local and county fire agencies.

CA Design/build a new 4600 SF Engine Bay w/ offices & associated utilities to support the district fire staff of perm & temp employees. This new structure will replace the ALM Engine Bay (FS2200) & the temp modular office rental.
FC06 - Lassen Forest Supervisors Office CA Construction of a government owned 12,000 square foot office building and associated parking local to the Susanville area to serve as the Forest Headquarters.
FC06 - LNF ELRS HVAC Replacements CA Replace three +20 year old HVAC units that have exceeded their design life due to frequent and costly repairs in the Eagle Lake Ranger Station.
FC07 - Construct Fire Station to Replace Nacimiento Station/Barracks/Pumphouse Lost to Fire
CA Construct replacement facilities to include Fire Station/Engine Garage, Barracks, and all required site utilities/support (water well, electrical connections/solar, wastewater, parking)
FC07 - Maintain 3 Fire Stations, Forest-Wide CA Replace flooring, windows, interior plumbing and related work at the three stations. Exterior renovations include roof replacements and siding at some locations. Structural improvements including foundation repair to a well house at Arroyo Grande.

CA Repair/replace fencing around all three helitack bases (Chuchupate, Arroyo Grande, Casitas). Resurface landing pad area at two bases (Arroyo Grande, Chuchupate).
FC07 - Repair Potable Water Systems at 7 Sites, Forest-Wide
CA Project would be to repair/replace piping in these water systems, to prevent failures and ensure water delivery to Fire personnel, residents, and recreators. Project would also install water treatment systems at several locations.
FC07 - Repair Roofs at 7 Fire/Barracks Facilities, Forest-Wide, Los Padres NF
CA Replace the roof and repair any leaks (replacing flashing, repairing leaks at roof penetrations at Ojai Engine Bay, Pacific Valley Barracks, Los Alamos Station, Arroyo Grande Station, Chuchupate Womens' Barracks, Temescal Station, Ozena Barracks.
FC07 - Repair/Upgrade Exterior of 3 buildings, Los Prietos Compound
CA Project scope includes replacing the roofing, window, doors and siding at three buildings. Project will restore buildings to weather proof and rodent proof for Fire and other district staff that occupy/use these buildings.

FC08 - High Glade Lookout Replacement CA High Glade Lookout burned in the 2018 Ranch Complex fire. Decommission existing structure and replace with new lookout. Grade 1.3 miles of road to improve access.
FC08 - Stonyford HVAC Replacement and Attic Insulation
CA Remove and replace the Main Office, Engine Office and Hotshot Office HVAC units at the Stonyford Work Center. The Hotshot Office HVAC is located in the attic requires proper insulation and attic fan replacement.
FC08 - Stonyford WC Compound Water Line Replacement and Asphalt Resurfacing
CA Replace all potable and non-potable GSP water lines, valves, hydrants, irrigation components, backflow devices and all other appurtenances needed to supply safe drinking water to employees and visitors. Re-surface asphalt throughout compound.
FC09 - Modoc South Fork Barracks Replacement CA This project will install a new government barracks facility for 13-20 tenants within the FS-owned South Fork Compound in Alturas, CA. The antiquated "west house" on site will also be demolished and eliminated.
FC09 - Modoc South Fork Utility Shop CA Construct new Utility Shop (6,000 SF) at the South Fork Compound, fabricate and install water and sewer systems, fabricate and install electrical, and import gravel for sub-base to elevate new building above the 100-year flood plain.

CA Install cubicle office workstations at the RSL. Install computer servers and hardware needed. Remodel Nursery to house fleet support and fire. for all office work stations. Improve parking in existing lot and build new lot in lower parking area.
FC-10-001 New Fire Engine Bays CA Expand the engine garages to fully accommodate the new, larger engines.
FC-10-002 Resource Building CA Remove carpet and replace with laminate flooring. Replace existing bathroom fixtures with water saving fixtures.
FC-10-005 Ship Mountain Lookout CA Repair water damage and dry rot in the lower level of the lookout and the baring wall of the Ship Mountain Lookout.
FC-10-006 NRA Men's Barracks Remodel CA Repair water damage and fix fireplace and chimney. Upgrade electrical wiring to meet safety codes, install a whole house HVAC system, replace worn out flooring and windows reroof.
FC-10-007 Gasquet Garage Restoration CA Repair damage to historic building.
FC-10-008 Salyer Residence CA Repair exterior wood siding and trim that is damaged due to dry rot and insect damage.

CA Grind and repave and strip compound parking lot address drainage infrastructure as needed.
FC11 - Red Rock Lookout Retrofit CA Replace lookout roof, flooring and cabinets.
FC11 - Strawberry Engine Garage Retrofits CA Design and retrofit existing engine garage. Extend the back of building, install roofing, replace exterior light, repaint entire building.
FC11- Plumas NF Heliport Design Build CA Decommission current helibase, construct new office and HLS/IHOG compliant helipad utilizing regional standard design.

FC12 - Air Tanker Base Trench Drain Replacement CA Remove and replace damaged concrete trench sections. Trench will match existing trench. Contractor is responsible for verifying damage areas, and for establishing correct alignment and elevation of new section.
FC12 - Fire Facilities Roof Replacements CA Project consists of removal and replacement of corrugated metal roofs and
replacement with standup seam metal or asphalt shingle roofs. Work includes installation of extra roof supports and sheeting at some of the locations.
FC12 - Forest Administrative Site Water and Wastewater Improvements
CA This project includes well surveys and new well pumps for multiple sites, refurbishment of septic systems, replacement of failing system components, and general maintenance of the water and wastewater systems for these sites.
FC12 - Forest-wide HVAC Replacements CA Replace various failing HVAC units at 18 locations throughout the forest.
FC12 - Lytle Creek Engine Garage Replacement CA Replacement of a fire engine garage with office space for fire operations and storage space for Fire, Rec and Admin operations.
FC13 - Greenhorn Summit Station Engine Garage Replacement
CA Construct a new fire station at Greenhorn Summit to replace a 480 SF 1950's cabin and a condemned 1930's garage that has been decommissioned. Location is critical for strategic fire protection and prevention needs; and serves public contact needs also.

FC14 - Minersville Boat Launch Facility CA Initiate A&E Planning & Design services, NEPA and related permits now to prepare for construction in 2023/2024. Design includes low water access ramp, min 25 pull through boat stalls, ADA access, pay kiosk, restroom, and vehicle circulation.
FC14 - SHF Supervisors Office - Redding CA Design and Construct new building on USDA owned property. Multi-agency personnel to be housed in new facility adjacent to NorthOps campus. Will house 140 Govt employees, including FS WO, R5 & NZ employees, as well as hosted employees from FS/PSW & USDA Bureaus.
FC14 - Weaverville UST Remediation CA Remediation by removal of contaminated soil & GW treatment adjacent to and beneath Sidney Gulch required by RWQCB. Remediation must be completed before stream restoration to native geomorphological state (by others) can proceed.
FC15 - Jerseydale Campground Rehabilitation Phase 2
CA Project work consists of campground rehabilitation and replacement of existing campground features (barries, signs, tables, fire rings and toilets).
FC15 - Kirch Flat Campground Rehabilitation CA The SNF Kirch Flat Campground Rehabilitation project includes the Kirch Flat Group Campground and Raft-Take-Out. The existing features (barriers, boards, signs, road, tables, fire rings, toilets) are in poor condition and need to be replaced.

CA The project includes design and construction of a water system to provide potable water to 35 buildings. The project would also include the demolition of the existing, deteriorated, water system.
FC15 Fire, Timber, and Silviculture Barracks CA The project would consist of 3 each 10 person barracks with a kitchen, water, sewage and power. The work centers would be brought up to date with current codes and accessibility standards. The buildings would be placed in the same footprint

CA Grind existing asphalt into road base, overlay with new asphalt, and restripe.
FC16 - Mi-Wok/Summit District Office CA Construct a District Office with Visitor Center to centrally house District Staff.
FC16-Snow Shed 108 Snow Park CA Construct a secure storage building for snow grooming equipment and related supplies.
