entertainment for the evening Alternatively we can supply you with a list of

options available to you at a discounted rate for holding your event at West Chiltington Golf Club.

Room Hire West Chiltington Golf Club will accommodate up to

75 guests seated or 150 standing. Marque hire is available through our local supplier who will provide a marquee

at a discounted rate or holding your event at West Chiltington Golf Club

Portrush & Restaurant rooms – £150 up to 75 seated and 150 standing

Free use of private sun terrace area

Main Bar room – Free use for Entertainment

Licensing hours are until 12am – any further hours required will be charged at £75 per hour.

Terms & Conditions of Event Booking

BookingOnce a suitable date has been decided and availability has been

confirmed, West Chiltington Golf club will reserve the date for 14 days, after which time the date will be released.

To confirm the booking;A signed copy of our terms & conditions and the

appropriate non-refundable and non-transferable deposit must be received within this 14 day period.

GuestsA minimum number of adult guests will be agreed and stated at

least 7 days prior to the event. Please note that you will be charged according to this required and agreed minimum number if the number

of guests drops below the minimum agreed 7 days prior to the event.

Please note that West Chiltington Golf Club make every effort to safeguard the fixtures and fittings, any damaged

caused will be charged for in full to the person in whose name the booking was made.

Offensive or illegal behaviour may result in individuals or the entire party being asked to leave the premises.

In this rare case, no refund will be made. West Chiltington Golf Club accepts no responsibility for loss

or damage or property belonging to any visitor, member or guest whilst on premises.

Cancellation Policy If you cancel your booking at any time you

forfeit your initial deposit. If you cancel within 14 days of the event you forfeit all payments made up to that date. Any cancellation must

be made to West Chiltington Golf Club in writing.

West Chiltington Golf Club reserves the right to cancel the booking if;

Any affecting part of the club is closed or otherwise unavailable due to circumstances outside of the club’s control.

The booking may damage the reputation of the club. In either circumstance you are entitled to a full refund of any monies paid

to the club, however West Chiltington Golf Club would not have any other liability.
