Los Arcos is a unique, open concept, multi-tenant destination comprised of a restaurant, bar, and retail spaces in the expansive ground fl oor of one of Santa Barbara’s most beautiful and historic landmark buildings. This open concept design has already been successfully established by Miramar Group in Santa Barbara. Designed by Edwards and Plunkett following the 1925 earthquake, Los Arcosremained largely untouched over the decades before being freshly reimagined by Miramar Group as a dynamic downtown destination through which patrons move freely and intuitively while exploring the various vendors within.
