Important Details The Competitive Player Program is designed for golfers age 12 and up, however case by case exceptions can be made for younger players who are beginning to outgrow the GVC Junior Academy.
Research has shown that Juniors succeed when they have a friend or family member pushing them to improve. As a result, the program is designed for two juniors to pair up for their lessons together. Find a friend (non-members welcome) or sibling that you’d like to improve with. A 1:1 Student Teacher package is available for those juniors who would like to take their lessons privately.
Competitive Player Program Pricing (per month) 4 Lessons per Month (1/week) - 2:1 Student Teacher Ratio - $300/student
8 Lesson per Month (2/week) - 2:1 Student Teacher Ratio - $575/student
2 Lessons per Month (every other week) - 2:1 Student Teacher Ratio - $160/student

ABOUT YOUR COACHES: Chris Green, PGA Director of Instruction
Chris has worked with Individual IHSA State Champions and Varsity players from the Loyola Boys, North Shore Country Day Boys, New Trier Boys and New Trier Girls golf teams. He honed his teaching skills with Hall of Fame Instructor Jim McLean. While working alongside Jim, Chris helped Lexi Thompson, Lucy Li and countless juniors reach high ranks at the junior and professional levels. Chris is still a competitive player and knows what it takes to compete at the high school and collegiate levels.
Nick Haudek, PGA First Assistant Professional
Nick has an excellent track record as a junior golf coach. He has helped countless juniors reach new personal bests. Nick uses TrackMan and video analysis in most lessons to help speed up improvement.
