1.) Upon completion of work reflected in the approved architebural plans, contact Tom Hoov: r (303)8~0-n46 to schedule a final ACC inspection of the completed construction. Pleaseallow for aminimum of two (2) weeks to complete the final review process.

2.) Final refund checkswill be processed and sent by the management company within 45 day fromthe date ofthe final approval letter from the ARB, or, receipt by the management office of the ARBRegistration form, whichever is received later.
