Subject: UTILIZATION & DISSEMINATION OF RESEARCH PROJECTS FUNDED BY BASIC EDUCATION RESEARCH- BATCH 4

1. The Schools Division Office through the School Governance and Operations Division - Planning and Research Unit announces the conduct of research utilization and dissemination among researchers of BERF Batch 4.

2. Researchers are advised to utilize and disseminate their approved and completed researches in the schools or districts. Also, researchers shall document all proceedings on the utilization and dissemination through pictorials with narratives, programs, attendance sheets, certificates and the like.

3. Researchers will be requested to submit in the Division Office the Report on Utilization and Dissemination following the order of documents based on the required Means of Verification (MOVs). Refer to the Annex 1 & 2 for the arrangement of the documents, inclusive of the MOVs to be followed.

4. Report on Research Utilization and Dissemination to be submitted in the division office shall be in three copies (hard bound - Green Cover) with proper ear-tabs and documents ­in A4 size. The deadline of submission will be on or before September 30, 2019. ,
