- Collars and Teflon required
- One 1’’1/2 to 2’’ adaptor
- 1 bend with a fluted socket connectable on the recovering device
The water recovering is ensured by the gutter
recovering device.
The automatic pump distributes the water and a
Gardena® type output is here to connect a watering
pipe.
Technical features of the pump
- Body : fiberglass charged polyamide
- Turbine : fiberglass charged Luranyl
- Diffuser: fiberglass charged Noryl
- Motor axle: AISI 420 stainless steel
- Mechanical garniture AISI 316 stainless steel and Graphite-alumina
- Screws and rings AISI 326 stainless steel
- F-class insulation
- IP 55 water tightness protection
- Uninterrupted action
Technical features on the pump control device
The pump control device enables the automation of the pump start/stop. When there
is a pressure variation, the pump stops. It also stops the pump when the tank is empty
which protect it from a harmful out of charge functioning. This device is pre-
assembled with the pump (read the specific user’s manual for further information).

2 – TANK INSTALLATION
WARNING !
Do not open the box with a sharp tool which can damage the flexible water tank
The floor must be resistant enough to support the full flexible water tank without caving in.
Reminder: 1000 liters = 1 ton
- Create a horizontal and flat surface with dirt or sand –recommended.
- Drop the optional – ref ROULFEU25X2M – carpet off the floor without any fold
- Roll out the tank. WARNING never pull the sluice gate ! Make sure the filling vent hole and the
overflow are upwards. Make sure there is space around the sluice gate.
- Check the sluice gate is tightened enough
- Check the screws are tightened enough
3 – FILLING AND DISTRIBUTION
The user is responsible for the compliance with the regulations of his/her installation.
FILLING
Tank without pack
The distribution of the water kept is ensured by the 50mm-diameter sluice gate - ref 102626,106278 and
102627-or the 63mm-diameter slice gate - ref 102628 and 102629
Option: For a use with a 102943 or 102944 pack, please read the specific paragraph.

Tank with PACK 1: gravitational distribution or connexion to an existing network (ref
102943)
Installation conditions
Hydraulic treatment pack set up
Surround the tank output with Teflon and screw the pack with it. This pack replaces the sluice gate
delivered with the tank. For tanks larger than 5𝑚3 please use the adaptor
Recovering device set up
The recovering device slots in the gutter at at least 1.20m high on a DN100 or DN80 gutter –refer
to the specific user’s manual. Screw the bend equipped with its fluted socket on the device’s output. At
last, fasten the 4 meters pipe between the device and the tank output with the collars. You can now open
the sluice gate of the hydraulic pack.

Tank with PACK 2: Automatic watering pump distribution (ref 102944)
The use of this installation needs the CAPSULEO tank to be partly filled. We advise to
shelter the device though it’s water proof.
Installation condition
Hydraulic pack and recovering device set up
Refer to the installation instructions for pack 1
Connexion of the distribution pump with the hydraulic pack
Put the pump equipped with the flow controlling device on a flat surface unplugged.
Connect the pipe between the fluted output of the hydraulic pack and the fluted input of the pump (32mm-
diam). Connect your watering pipe on the Gardena® type connector of the pump. Open the brass sluice
gate of the hydraulic pack.
Use of the pack
Plug the pump and use the RED start/stop button of the electronic device to
control the pump. The pressure is settled at 1.5 bar by default.
Once you used the pump, close the brass sluice gate of the
hydraulic device

4 – MAINTENANCE
Flexible water tanks do not need a specific maintenance nevertheless, you must check the well-functioning
of the sluice gates and that the bent overflow is not obstructed.
We advise a tank cleaning once a year if your tank is outside –you can use the trapdoor.
It is compulsory to insulate the output/input pipes and the sluice gate or optional packs during the winter.
Scheduled upkeep: check on the tightening of the different parts
In case of a long storage of the tank you have to make sure it is entirely dry then fold it and protect the
different parts.
5- REPAIRS
A repair kit is provided with the tank. Before you proceed to the repair you must carefully clean the
damaged area and scrub both the surfaces to stick with sandpaper. Then proceed to the following
instructions:
- Cut the PVC part provided with the kit (larger than the surface to repair, smooth angles)
- Spread the glue on the PVC part
- Place the PVC part on the damaged area by evacuating all the air bubbles
- Keep contact between both the pieces
- Wait 24 hours to get a perfect adhesion
