DESCRIPTION OF ROLE

GENERAL:

• Make a proposed budget and ensuring a proper financial

management of the projects’ administrative grant.

• Ensure that the project deliverables are met on time,

within budget and at the required level of quality

• Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during

the planning phase

• Selection of South to South Participants in conjunction

with MCVP OGX, MCVP iGCDP, MCFLA & other

partners

DESCRIPTION OF ROLE

• Constant communication with the participants, partners and

VP Finance AIESEC in Kenya.

• Constant communication with MCP, VP OGX, FLA and VP

iGCDP of AIESEC in Kenya and FK Managers of AIESEC in

Uganda and Ethiopia to ensure that the project goals are met .

• Overall responsible for the project implementation in Kenya

• Final responsible for the financial management of the project .

• Responsible for creating the final report for the year/term
