BURZYNSKI TO GET CREDIT FOR YOUR WORK.
What is fitness?
Fitness is a state of health and well being.
Today, you will be doing different exercises to see how they affect your heart. Having a strong heart is an important part of fitness.
Heart Rate is the number of times your heart beats per minute.
Your heart pumps blood around your body to deliver oxygen to cells. Cells
need oxygen to live.
1. Your heart beats slower when you are resting.
2. Your heart beats faster when you are moving. The more or faster you move, the
faster your heart beats.
