The 2010 Fifa World cup was held in South Africa, it started at June 10th and ended on July 11th

score.Spain Vs. Holland. The score

was 1-0 and Spain won.

What was the scoring sequence and who

scored?

3. A- Spain won against Netherland 1-0 with an extra goal by Andrés Iniesta (Spanish player) meaning the game had finished but they needed more time. Spain were the Fifa World Cup champions for 2010 and they were the 8th team to win it. They were the first team to win a worldwide piece losing their first game.

leading up to the goal. 3.B- Scoring Sequence –Iniesta scored a

goal on the 116th minute. Fabregas passes the ball to Iniesta, who passes the ball to Stekelenburg. The Dutch get angry about the fast passing.

What could the defense have done to more

effectively try and stop the goal being scored?

3. C – Defense- 

1. )You have to mark a opponent, stay close to them and keep an eye on where they go and how they are moving. Try to stay there with them so nobody in the other team can pass the ball to them.  

2.) When playing don’t chase after the ball. That will make it harder for yourself and it wont do you any good because everyone will be chasing after the ball, if you stay in position when the ball comes to you, you will be free to take it.  

3.) Make good choices, look who’s open. If theres nobody open then shoot or chase it down and keep the ball close to you so that your opponents cant take the ball. 

4.) Don’t try doing tricks if your not good at them, keep it simple and that maybe good enough for you.

3. D – They had a very good attack. Fernanado Torres passed the ball over to Fabregas, then Torres passed the ball to Iniesta, but before the ball reached Iniesta one of the dutch players stopped it but then Iniesta ran really fast to get the ball and he scored. They had good possession for that play before the goal and because of that possession they time to shoot a goal about 14 yards away.

3.E - Holland didn’t have very good defence players, because Iniesta was able to score a good goal, but before he tried to scoring one of the players from the opposite team stopped him, but when torres got the ball he passed it back to Iniesta who scored right when the ball came to him. Before they scored the match became intense, the defenders stopped spain once but they couldn’t the next time.
