Through the TDSB Fit for Life Initiative, our school will be creating a permanent fitness centre on the stage in Gym A.

With the support of the TDSB HPE Dept., and The Lebron James Family Foundation, we will re-purpose this space into a permanent fitness room where students will be able to come and exercise before, during and after school.

On the morning of Friday, February 12th, The Lebron James Family Foundation will be travelling to our school from Cleveland with a group of volunteers. They will be here to help with the transformation.

Once complete, our school plans on training our staff on these circuit training exercises. This will provide them with the opportunity to plan exercise sessions within the instructional day for their students.
