Gatorlink passwordassigned by UF and must be changed within 7 days

Provide the following to the UF-AT CLAST Coordinator ([email protected]):

user’s full name position title phone number e-mail address date of birth

Allow 10-12 business days for processing

Download and Install the UFL-VPN software: http://net-services.ufl.edu/provided_services/vpn/

1. Click on the “Software” link.2. Enter your Gatorlink ID and Password.3. Download the appropriate software for your

operating system and install.

5. Once the VPN is installed, it will be added to your list of program files.

6. Navigate over to the Gatorlink VPN Client to select it.

7. Windows XP will show the status of your connection in a small box. Click connect.

8. After clicking connect, you will be required to enter your Username and password.

8. VISTA users will see a different screen option. The VPN may not show up under the Program Files. Icons will appear in the lower right corner of the screen.

9. Click the one which looks similar to a monitor.

10. Highlight Gatorlink VPN and click Connect.

NOTE: the screen is very different from Windows XP

11. UNCHECK: Save the Username and Password” option. A saved password makes it difficult to trouble shoot issues.

12. Click to add text and enter your USERNAME and PASSWORD.

Note: you are using your assigned Gatorlink ID PLUS ‘@ufl.edu/clast’. [email protected]/clast ex: [email protected]/clast

Open your Web browser (after connecting to the UFL-VPN).

Enter https://clastreg.at. ufl.edu/history. (Add this

address to your Favorites?)

Enter your Gatorlink ID and Password.

Note: Do not add ‘@ufl.edu/clast’ this time!

To display a student’s score: Click on the “Student

Score” link. Last & first name are

required if no CLAST ID is entered.

You may use wildcard “%” in non-numerical fields as needed.

Be sure to logout of the CLAST Historical Database

And disconnect from the VPN. (Your movement to other sites may be limited until you disconnect.)
