Family and Community Engagement Presents Collaborative Parent Seminar Please join the Chicago Public School Networks of Burnham Park, Far South Side K-12, Rock Island, Skyway and South Side High School in a collaborative parent meetings to discuss the educational needs of children on Saturday, November 17, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Simeon Career Academy at 8147 S. Vincennes Avenue, Chicago, IL 60620. Workshop topics will include: School Options for Elementary/High School The Bridge: HS Transition Planning Early Learning Strategies/Assessments Understanding and Assessing School Data Our goal is to better prepare all parents with the tools to ensure their children are on the right pathway to college and career readiness. This is a family friendly event and ALL parents are welcome! Breakfast and lunch will be provided. This will be an excellent opportunity to meet and greet your network representatives, gather resources and visit our health pavilion for your wellness essentials.
