Ans: - The Agent will get Rs 20 for the dispatch of Welcome Kit.

Q10. What will be the mode of payment for paying commission?

Ans: - The mode of payment will be same as per the Current Company policy.

Q11. How will we calculate the commission? Will there be any tree structure as Combosale for commission calculation?

Ans: - Commission is predefined for every new customer as Rs. 800 or Rs. 20 for delivering the Welcome kit. Yes, there will be tree structure applicable as per 10.13 % tree commission for active parabanking agents.

Q12. Will there be any special commission calculation for active Para banking Agent along with 20 Rs delivery commission and Rs 800 joining commission?

Ans:- Yes, There will be additional commission for active Para bankers under “Family Tree Commission” as up to 10.13% as per their cadre.

Q15. When will customer receive his products post ordering?

Ans: - As practice the next months order slip should be handed over to the delivery person when he comes to deliver the customers products of the current month.

Q16. Is it mandate to take home delivery service or a customer can directly go to branch/franchisee to collect his product?

Ans: - No it’s not mandate to take Home delivery the customer can collect the products from the Warehouse or Franchisee; however just for the convenience of the customer we will provide the delivery.

Q17. Can we redeem the LBP's in the form of both cash and products?

Ans: - No the customer will redeem the LBP’s in the form of Products mention in our Product Catalog. Please refer to the LBP accumulation / Encashment Policy mentioned in Brochure.

Q18. How can we calculate the time period for the redemption of loyalty bonus point? Will that be effective from the date of first purchase or from the date of delivery of products?

Ans: - The calculation will done through perfect and robust software and that will be effective from the date of delivery of the products.

Q19. What will be the effective date of redemption of LBP's, if in case customer wants to join today itself in Sahara Q Shop? Will that be counted from the date of joining or from the date of launching?

Ans: - You can redeem your LBP’s post 60 months from the date of launching Sahara Q Shop in your city.

Q20. Can we make change in the products after requestment or can we make monthly changes in the list of product?

Ans :- Yes, We would gladly accept the changes if required in the order but these changes should be notified to the respective branch at least 4 working days in advance before the date of delivery

Q21. How can we order our products?

Ans: - You need to fill Consumer Merchandise Purchase Advance Form along with “Consumer Merchandise Purchase Order Form” and gives advance amount of Rs 12250 to place the order.

Q22. If in case customer is not able to make purchase of product in any month after joining, will his ID get terminated?

Ans :- No, the code will not be cancelled until 60 months from the date of enrollment in Sahara Q Shop.

Q23. In the catalogue price of meet masala powder of 50 GM is INR 50 and 100 gm is INR 26 (Product code 10176 & 10177 respectively)? Is it misprinted?

Ans: - yes, it’s a printing mistake and will revert on priority.

Q24. Till how many months customers have to make purchase of products? Is there any quarterly or yearly package in this scheme?

Q25. If (Worker who has purchased the plan) introduces “B”, than “B” introduces “C” and further C introduces D. In this case the promotional incentive of Rs 800/- will go to “C” as he is the introducer. But will family tree commission will be distributed to A and his family tree members or not.

Ans) Yes the family tree commission will be distributed in the family tree of the worker.

Q26. Can even an employee can promote the plan and earn commission as mentioned below but he should first become motivator.

Ans) Commission will be distributed to employee as per current structure only

Q27. If any worker/depositor self introduces himself than will he get the promotional incentive of Rs 800/- and family tree commission as well.

Ans) Yes, he/she will get the promotional incentive and family tree commission as per their cadre.

Q28. Will Comosale/Comservs customers who are entitled to receive residuary commission in Comosale can also be converted in this plan or not?

Will it be considered as fresh joining or conversion?

Ans) Yes even Comosale and Comservs customers can join in this plan however they have to pay the advance purchase amount of Rs 12250/-

Q29. How the conversion will happen for customers having large amount deposit like 1 Lac or more. What will happen to the remaining amount?

Ans) A new plan is being launched for the same and will be shared shortly.

Q30. If any depositor has less amount than Rs 12250/- deposited with us and is willing to pay the remaining amount to join the new plan. How the commission will be distributed? Will it be considered as Fresh Joining or conversion?

Ans) In this case depositor is eligible to buy the plan by paying the remaining amount. The commission will be distributed on basis percentage of amount. For example if customer has a deposit of Rs 8000 and is will to pay Rs 4250 then in that case the introducer will get promotional incentive on prorate basis on amount Rs 4250 i.e. Rs

277.52 and the Family Tree commission will be distributed on Rs 8000 as per current structure of 6.13%

Q31. If any depositor converts any other depositor, will he get Rs 800/- as promotional Incentive or not? Whether family tree commission will be distributed in the family tree of the worker who introduced the depositor or not?

Ans) No, This is not applicable. There is no promotional incentive on conversion of existing customers

Q32. Delivery of complimentary products like Privilege Card, Thyrocare Card and World of Privileges Book will be done at Branches and further Branches will deliver the same to customers through their workers. For this any commission will be distributed?

Ans) Branches will be given Rs 20 per delivery which will be given to worker who is delivering the products.

Q33..If any field workers introduce any depositor under this scheme, will he get only 3.50% family tree commission? Or as per family tree of the worker [Introducer] 10.13% maximum commission will be distributed to worker’s tree according to their cadre? –

Ans) As per the family tree of the worker 10.13% maximum commission will be distributed to worker’s tree according to their cadre

Q34.At present, senior officer and above cadre worker get only initial commission. If any worker of above cadre take advance purchase plan and promote this scheme to the other person , in this condition will he get both type of commission like [1] promotional incentive and [2] family tree commission initial commission [promoter] or not ?

Ans) If they join and than promote they will get both promotional incentive and family tree commission as per their cadre

Q35.If any office worker below senior officer cadre does not join but he introduces any other person. Will he get commission as per cadre mentioned in the family tree? [As per new commission structure 12.26] or maximum up to motivator cadre 8.42%?

Ans) The person will not get promotional incentive however will get family tree commission as per their cadre. If person introduce new customer then he will get family tree commission (as per 12.26% maximum) and if he introduces existing depositor then he will get as per current structure (6.13% maximum).

Q36. If any workers himself take membership, he does not get promotional incentive.

will he get family tree commission 10.13% as per their cadre or not ?

Ans) He gets family tree commission of 10.13% as per their cadre.

Q37. Is there any maximum limit for number of members, who can shop on customer’s card?

Ans) Yes, Company has started this business keeping in mind that on an average a family size can be of 4-5 members. If customer wants to make purchase of products in bulk i.e. he wants to do bulk booking for that he has to contact his concerned branch, because he might get some discount on bulk booking.

Q38. If in case customer shop frequently in between a month from franchisee office apart from monthly shopping, will he get full LBP’s for that particular shopping?

Ans) No, 50 % of the LBP’s.

Q39. Apart from the quantity and the sale price of the various products mentioned in the catalogue, what if for example customer is willing to buy 250 gram dal, which is not mentioned in the catalogue, how will we calculate the LBP’s for that?

Ans) We can not provide such quantity to the customer, because there is some specific quantity defined by the company for each product in the catalogue, so the customer has to make purchase as per catalogue only.

Q40. Will the VAT and taxes be appli-cable on the purchase of products? Prices will be inclusive of taxes or will it be added at the time of billing?

Ans) Sale price is inclusive of all taxes.

Q41. Language Barrier may affect the percentage of interest for education pack, as many customers are not able to understand English language? How should we convince the customer in that case?

Ans) As per company decision, Education Pack can not be translated in any other regional language and we have to convince the customer, making him realize the advantage of Education Pack.

Q42. When will he get the first order of Sahara Q and Sahara Combo Genie?

Ans) Company is creating the software, in which there will be full information of customer identity (name, address, ctc no. etc). This software will be provided to each branch. Yes, as of now first delivery may take few more days. After first delivery, next all deliveries will be as per cycle (a month in Sahara Q Shop and Sahara Combo Genie from the date of first delivery) defined by the company.

Q43. What will happen if in case customer is paying joining amount through cheque as cheque clearance takes time, in that case will the delivery time be extended?

Ans) Date of delivery will be counted from the date of clearance of cheque.

Q44. If in case cheque gets bounced, there will be penalty charges applicable, but only in the next month. Customer can take wrong advantage of this thing which can be a loss for the company?

Ans) Customer would not like to pay penalty charges again and again and introducer will keep a check upon such customer,

Q45. Will the kartavyayogi get 20 Rs. for each delivery of products (Whether it is 3 or 4 times in a month)?

Q46. Will there be any specific time frame for ordering the products at franchisee office?

Ans) Customer can order his products in the duration of working hours of franchisee Office.

Q47. Company is providing 3.5% discount on monthly purchase, as per that percentage of discount, it is 204 rs for single purchase and in totality it should be 12240 rupees. Joining amount is 12250 rupees. What should we tell the customer in this case as customer may ask to return or adjust that remaining 10 Rs?

Ans) There are few more numbers after decimal in that particular 3.5%, which is

rounded of.

Q48. If in case any family wants to avail Amby Valley discount (free entry for two adults and two children), is there any specific age limit to fall in children category?

Q49. As it is mentioned in brochure that every month customer will get 3.5% discount which is 204 Rs. on purchase of consumer merchandise products till 60 months but if we calculate the 3.5% of 12250 Rs. it would be 428 Rs. So will customer get the discount of 204 Rs. of 428 Rs.?

Ans) The 3.5% discount is on purchase amount not on the advance amount given. Let say customer purchase products worth of Rs Rs 5800 then he will get 3.5% discount on Rs 5800 i.e. Rs 204 approx which will be adjusted from his advance given of Rs 12250. Pls understand 3.5% is always on the purchase amount only. Again, let say if customer purchase products worth Rs 3000 then he will get discount of 3.5% on Rs 3000 which is Rs 105. This amount will be adjusted from his advance given of Rs 12250.

Q50. As it was told in training that there will be no refund of remaining advance amount 12250 Rs but in the brochure it is mentioned that “If there is no monthly purchase then there would be no adjustment of any amount from your advance. If any amount of the advance remains unadjusted at the end of 60 months from the delivery of the consumer merchandise products to you in your state or first adjustment against payment of 12250 Rs made by you, whichever is earlier, then the company will refund the balance unadjusted advance amount after the said 60 months period without any deduction or interest thereon”. So now customer will get any refund of unadjusted amount of 12250 Rs or not?

Ans) They will get the refund of unadjusted amount after 60 months.

Q51. As it is mentioned in hardcopy of brochure about refund policy “If Company is unable to commence the consumer merchandise retail venture within 18 months from the launch of “Q-SHOP PLAN H “(i.e. November 2011) due to some unforeseen circumstances and / or the reasons beyond its control then the customer can withdraw from the plan and company will refund the entire advance amount of 12250 Rs. without any deduction and interest.” But in the softcopy of the brochure it is mentioned that “If Company is unable to deliver any of the consumer merchandise products indicated by you in the consumer merchandise purchase order from chosen from our brochure/products catalogue, within 18 months from the date of payment of the said advance amount by you, then you shall be entitled to seek refund of the advance amount paid by you from the company or you may extend the time of the delivery, if so requested by the company.” kindly confirm which one to be communicated on the call?

Ans) “If Company is unable to deliver any of the consumer merchandise products indicated by you in the consumer merchandise purchase order from chosen from our brochure/products catalogue, within 18 months from the date of payment of the said advance amount by you, then you shall be entitled to seek refund of the advance amount paid by you from the company or you may extend the time of the delivery, if so requested by the company.”

Q63. Can the installments be taken on half year/yearly mode also apart from monthly

Ans) Yes, can be taken but instalment to be taken in advance. For example if instalment

is for the quarter i.e. March, April and May then customer should pay the instalment in

March and accordingly interest (quarterly) should be calculated. Similarly, it can be

calculated for half yearly or yearly instalments. (Instalment benefit should be in case of

quarterly as it has been decided in monthly installment)

Q64. If a customer opts for instalment plan for any tenure of 12/24/36/48 months

option and at a later stage the said A/c becomes default, in such a case

A) How the treatment of default would be done

Ans) If esteemed customer does not pay instalment regularly and defaults in the

selected tenure then amount not paid shall be deducted along with 15% interest (half

yearly compounded) from the amount of Loyalty Bonus Point redemption amount at

end of 60 months and rest shall be paid to esteemed customer

b) Till which tenure the A/c can be regularized by paying the renewal

Ans) In such situation esteemed customer can regularized the A/c within the selected period of installment tenure.

Q65. Those customers who have opted for installment plan would be considered for the

monthly/bumper draws and whether 8 free LBP would be applicable in such cases or

not.

Ans) Yes, all such customers would be entitled for monthly/bumper draws as well as 8

free LBP. However the draw reward will be given once the entire joining/Advance

purchase amount is recovered.

Q66. If a customer opts for a 48 month option and neither he deposits a single renewal

nor he does any purchase during the scheme tenure, in such a case what amount would

be paid to the customers on completion of tenure or the amount would be paid in cash

or has to be adjusted in our products only.

Ans) In such situation the initial advance paid by the esteemed customer would be

refunded in cash after 60 months without any interest of deduction. Also, if customer

wants to purchase any product then he can do so.

Q67. Can the renewal/installment payment be accepted through Cheque as well.

Ans) Yes, renewal can be accepted but post realization of Cheque only.

Q68. It is being mentioned that in case of monthly default of installments 15% (half-

yearly compound) rate of interest would be charged which would be adjusted in the LBP

as being mentioned, but incase the LBP is less than the amount to be recovered in such

case how the adjustment would be done.

Ans) Such situations should not come however if at all such situation arises then amount

to be deducted from the advance of the customer paid initially.

Q69. If Fresh amount is taken in case of existing accounts, will the worker be entitled for

promotional incentive on this Fresh amount as we have Rs 800 in Rs 12250 plan.

Ans) Yes, worker would get promotional incentive on prorate basis on the fresh amount.

Since Rs 800 is given as promotional incentive on Rs 12250 joining amount which is

6.53%. So for every fresh amount received, commission of 6.53% would be given as

promotional incentive.

Example: For Rs 1000 fresh cash, it would be Rs 65.30, on Rs 2000 it would be 130.61

and so on.

This would be applicable for both i.e. existing and new customer in full payment option

as well as in instalment option for all joining amount i.e. Rs 13000, Rs 14000, Rs

15000…….up to Rs 30000.

Q70. If an existing customer wants to get adjustment of lesser amount based on the

maturity of his account, then can this extra amount be given to him in the form of LBP

or Advance Payment Voucher?

Ans) No, as if now there is no provision for the same.

Q71. As per the installment scheme an option of 12/24/36/48 months is being given and

is suggested that if some kind of Collection Charges are being given to field workers the

number of default accounts would be quite low.

Ans) No collection charges will be allowed. Worker shall get the commission on each

installment on prorate basis.

Q72. Please clarify the methodology for this sample situation: If the Maturity amount is

greater than the plan amount and the depositor wants to opt for the installment

scheme - e.g. Maturity Amount is Rs.15000 and wants to reinvest only Rs.5000 and

obtain the payment for balance amount of Rs.10000 and deposit Rs.7250 in

installments.

Ans) In such case customer need not join 15000 slab but rest of the money should go in any other scheme of the group for minimum 5 years.

Q73. When the Maturity amount exceeds the maximum joining slab of Q-Shop plan i.e.

Rs 30000 amount, how will the balance amount be treated, e.g. Maturity=Rs.45000;

customer wants to join Rs 12250 plan.

Ans) In such case customer need not join 15000 slab but rest of the money should go in any other scheme of the group for minimum 5 years.

Q74. Please clarify if the depositor can /cannot combine payments from more than one

existing account to reinvest in a single option of Plan-H scheme.

Ans) Yes, esteemed customer can do the same.

Q75. If “A” is a worker (who has purchased Plan H) introduces a new customer “B”, then

“B” introduces a new customer “C” and further C introduces D. In this case the

promotional incentive of Rs 800/- will go to “C” as he is the introducer. But will family
