Much of what we “say” to others is not communicated verbally, but rather non-verbally through our gestures,

our facial expressions, our posture, and more. Although often unaware of the messages we are sending, we constantly use our bodies to reinforce the meaning of what we say, or to communicate something we have not said.

Even more interesting, the way we use our bodies to communicate is, to a large extent, dependent on the culture which we are from.
