NOTE: The Activities section is optional and viewable by your colleagues. Files entered here will not be routed for RTP review. Please use the schedules automatically assigned to you under the Dashboard or under Forms & Reports.
Login (For Faculty/Reviewers/Administrators)1. Click on the following link: Faculty180 or
(https://www.faculty180.com/sysadmin/login.php?dbID=csuci)2. Login to myCI using your campus username and password
*myCI login for Tenure Track Users & Tenure Track Reviewers• Tenure Track faculty can go directly to myCI and
click on the Faculty180.

1. Your RTP Schedule is automatically migrated to Faculty180 based on RTP notifications sent to faculty in August.2. Due date is set per RTP schedule - RTP Schedule (by 5:00 pm)3. Portfolio Submission Confirmation (equivalent to initialing table of content if submitting a paper portfolio) – See Slide #4. Profile and Activities will be covered in a training session in October 2017. DO NOT USE for RTP Portfolio.

Accessing RTP Schedule PortfoliosThe RTP Working Personnel Action File (WPAF) can be accessed on the Dashboard under Action Item
Or under Forms & Reports section under Initiated Activity Input Form

Adding Files1. Click Add2. Choose corresponding semester and year3. Select from dropdown the type of attachment
to be added4. Click Choose File and select file to upload5. Click Add Another if you have more than one
file to upload. (See next slide for more details about adding multiple files)
6. Click Save and Add Another to provide an additional type of document or click Save and Go Back if you have completed providing attachments.

A. Optional Text Area• Narrative can be entered as text or as attachment• Table of content can also be added in this section or
added as an attachment• Hyperlinks to your class website, blogs, galleries,
etc… is possible. However, linking to files uploaded as attachments is not possible.
B. File type options are File or URL• File: PDF, Word, Excel, Video files, etc… can be
added. There’s a limit of 700 MB for video files• URL: a link to another website can be added
C. Naming Attachments• Files are not renamed and will be uploaded
according to how you name your files.• Attachments are sorted by date of upload
Deleting and/or Replacing uploaded files1. Click the Edit Button
1NOTE: If the file has already been uploaded, please do not Add the file again. Please click on the Edit button and replace and upload.
2. Delete the file that needs to be replaced. Click
3. Click to upload your edited document
4. Save and Go Back once the document has been replaced.

How to preview portfolio1. To preview your portfolio click on Preview CV. This can be done anytime during the
process.2. Click on Preview

STEP 1: Submitting your portfolio1. Click Submit when completed2. Click Okay3. Your status will now be updated to

STEP 2: Confirming portfolio submissionThere are two sections to access the RTP Portfolio Submission form. This process is equivalent to initialing table of content if submitting a paper portfolio.
Under Dashboard under Action Item click on Complete Evaluation: RTP Portfolio Submission
Or under Evaluations click on Evaluate
