Gables Fellows Program

• Student internship program for two students at City• Administered by the University’s Center for Civic Engagement

Coral Gables Lecture Series

• Six lectures featuring members of the faculty and distinguished speakers to be located on or off campus

UM Concert Series• Four concerts presented by the Frost School of Music

UM Cultural Program• Two cultural programs

“Meet the Docs”

• Four lectures on a wide range of issues by Miller School of Medicine faculty

Football• Buy 1 get 2 free ticket program for one home football game• That football game will be designated “Coral Gables Day”

Basketball and Baseball• 1,000 free tickets to select home games• Two tickets per household (proof of residency required)

BankUnited Center• Provide free event tickets worth $20,000 to residents when additional seats are

installed

9. Services, Enrollment, and UsesConsulting Services• University will provide, at its expense, up to 80 hours per year of consulting

services to the City• Employees, faculty, and staff will provide these services in areas such

information technology, procurement, architecture and design, and business processes

• City will pay all non-labor expenses• Unused hours will not be carried over

Student Enrollment• If student enrollment exceeds 13,000, University must amend Development

Agreement to address any new impacts, if any

Off-Campus Uses• Off-campus conferences, symposia, institutes and the like are permitted off-

campus for no more than 14 consecutive days• Hotel use for student housing
