The multi-media facilities available in the NUML Auditorium are state-of-the-art. 3. Conference and Meeting Rooms (For Events Requiring Discussion and Interaction)

The Conference rooms are designed to provide an interactive environment suitable for events involving discussions and debates. U-shaped settings ensure convenient interaction and involvement of all participants involved in the setting.

Small meeting rooms are also available which can be used for one-to-one sessions and interviews. Not only do these venues provide a professional environment but also support users with facilities such as:

• The facilities of the university will only be available to conduct academic, corporate and professional events i.e.conferences, seminars, trainings, workshops, meetings, professional networking events, etc. Venues and facilities will neither be made available to political parties nor will they be used for conducting any political activity or event.

• Keeping in mind the decorum of the institution and security conditions, the venues and facilities will be made available to selected parties only after careful scrutiny and approval.

• Facilities will be made available on the written request submitted well in time by the applicant.

• 50% of the charges will have to be deposited by the applicant for reservation of facility.
