Dear Exhibitors/Vendors: The Greater Hollywood Chamber of Commerce (GHCC) is planning the celebration of Hollywood, Florida’s new signature event –Sunday in the Park (SITP)– a Taste of Hollywood. We anticipate that the event will attract over 3,000 people to the ArtsPark and downtown Hollywood. This all outdoor event will feature:
Food
Wine
Arts
Craft Beer Garden
Business displays
Entertainment
Kidz Korner
Music
VIP Brunch (with paid entry ticket)
We are currently accepting exhibitor/ vendor booth applications. If you are interested in participating in Sunday in the Park, please complete and return the enclosed application. Vendors will be placed on a first come, first served basis. The GHCC and its Sunday in the Park Committee RESERVES THE RIGHT TO LIMIT / RESTRICT THE SALE AND DISPLAY OF FOOD/GOOD ITEMS AND THE NUMBER/TYPE OF VENDORS.

**Rain or Shine** Sunday in the Park—A Taste of Hollywood offers businesses of all types the unique opportunity to promote their products and services to thousands of potential prospects/clients, all in an outdoor setting. The Greater Hollywood Chamber of Commerce (GHCC) has made available a limited number of booths, providing businesses with affordable display choices. Vendors will have the opportunity to display and sell their products. The GHCC reserves the right to limit and restrict the sale and display of food/goods items.
We sincerely appreciate your participation in this event and will provide you with the following: - 10 x 10 canopied tent serving area (set up in advance) - One 8” table and one chair. - Set-up begins at 9am and must be ready by 12 P.M. - Exhibitor must remain at the event until 5:30 P.M. - All vendors’ materials must be kept inside the 10x10 canopy space. - Vendors are responsible for meeting all cities, state resale licensing agreements. Vendor is
responsible for collecting Florida’s sales tax and paying such tax to the state of Florida. SITP assumes no responsibility for any tax liability incurred by vendors from the sale of any goods at the event. Vendor further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the GHCC/SITP from any tax liability that may incur from sale of any goods at the event.
- Exhibitor/vendor cannot sell any alcoholic beverages. - The Greater Hollywood Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to remove all or part of any
exhibit deemed objectionable in its sole discretion. - No voice or sound amplification may be used without prior written permission from the
Sunday in the Park 2017 committee. - Insurance is the responsibility of the vendor. All property taken to Sunday in the Park by the
participating exhibitor/vendor is done at participants’ own risk. The Greater Hollywood Chamber of Commerce shall not be held liable for any loss or damage due to any causes whatsoever, including theft, fire or accident.
- The undersigned hereby releases The Greater Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and all of its directors, officers, employees and agents from all liability or damage incurred in connection with Sunday in the Park 2017
- Vendor may NOT sublease their space. - Electricity is available for an extra $20. The restaurant must bring its own outdoor, heavy
duty 100 foot extension cord grounded/UL approved and an up to date fire extinguisher which is required by the fire marshal.
- All federal, state and city regulations pertaining to fire and safety must be adhered to. - The SITP Committee reserves the right to ask the exhibitor to leave the show without refund.
- Spaces are limited. Applications will not be accepted after April 25, 2017. - Cancellation and request for refund must be made prior to 12-Noon April 7, 2017. A $25
cancellation fee applies to all refunds. BOOTH SET UP: Sunday, April 30, 2017 9:00 am to 11:30 am MUST BE READY AT 12PM FOR INSPECTION.
1) Drive your car to the ArtsPark building (white building on the east side of the park across from Publix). 2) Pick up your EXHIBITOR’S package at booth registration which will include your booth number 3) Set up your booth-- you may be able to drive to your location or use one of the golf carts 4) Drive to assigned parking area (due to the limited amount of space one car per booth)
****If you have indicated on your form that you will need an electric outlet, you need to bring your own outdoor 100 foot extension, 110 volt only. If you are using a grill and cooking with propane please indicate on the application

defense of any action or proceeding brought thereon and any order, judgment or decree which may be
entered in any such action or proceeding or as a result thereof. These provisions shall survive the expiration or
earlier termination of the use of premises.
