The PTO is now taking preorders for 2016-17 yearbooks! If you wish to receive a yearbook, preordering is highly recommended as there will only be a limited number of extras ordered, which will be available at an increased price on a first come, first served basis later. Yearbooks will be distributed in June. Order forms are available in the office. Please send exact cash or a check made payable to Lackamas PTO. May SBA/MSP Testing Schedule for 3rd-6th Grades
Please help your student do their best on the upcoming testing by ensuring they are in attendance on their scheduled testing days, are on time, and that they eat a healthy breakfast. Studies show that students are the
most successful when testing in their planned environment with their class and teacher. Make-up tests will be
held in other locations on campus and be given by different proctors.

Tuesday, April 25th
Please come join your children at school for lunch on
Tuesday, April 25th! Guests may bring their own
lunch or are welcome to purchase lunch tickets in the
office on the day of the Family Luncheon starting at
7:30 a.m.
Menu: Cheeseburger w/ Potato Salad, Chips, Baked Beans, Assorted Veggies, Watermelon, Ice Cream Cup,
and Milk
Price: Adults $3.55, Children $2.50 (if paying with
cash, exact change or small bills are appreciated).
Students’ lunches will be charged to their meal
accounts. Free/reduced prices are still valid for
students.

Congratulations, Volunteer of the Year
Teresa Valois!!!
When the Lackamas staff were asked what makes Teresa the Volunteer of the
Year, the responses flooded in! Teresa is faithful and dependable, always doing what she says she will do. She has a heart of gold, is kind, generous,
organized, and patient. Teresa volunteers in the Hi-5 Store every week. She
has cleaned Chromebooks weekly since they came to Lackamas. Teresa is
more than willing to go above and beyond to help any child in need. She
comes with a heart ready to serve wherever and whenever needed. Teresa has helped in many classrooms, whether her children were in them or not. A first
year teacher commented that Teresa guided them and taught them what
parent support really looked like. We are so lucky to have Teresa!!!
