Erasmus Plus PILAR 2016-2019 (aLF community)
A. CREATION OF AN aLF ACCOUNT
if you already have an account registered at aLF platform, jump to section: B ACCESSING THE
ERASMUS PLUS PILAR 2016-2019 COMMUNITY. If not, proceed with step 1.
STEP 1:
Access to next link:
https://externos.cursosvirtuales.uned.es
you will be redirected to the next page (Fig. 1). Its contents are only in Spanish. To create an
account click on the register button (“Crear cuenta”) marked as <1> in Fig. 1:

STEP 2:
The page shown in Fig. 2 will be opened (again, only available in Spanish). Fields are translated
in Table 1. When you have completed at least the required fields, click on the accept button
(“Aceptar”) marked as <8> in Fig. 2 and you will be see the message:
“La información de registro para este servicio ha sido enviada a [email protected].
Por favor, siga las instrucciones dadas en ese correo”.
“The registration information has been sent to [email protected].
Please follow the instructions given in that email."

STEP 3:
You should have received an email from [email protected] (Fig. 3). Open it and click
on the link provided to complete your registration in aLF platform. You will be redirected to the
page shown in Fig. 4, by clicking on the continue button (“Continuar”), marked as <1> in Fig. 4,
you will be redirected back to the login page shown at Fig. 1:

B. ACCESSING THE ERASMUS PLUS PILAR 2016-2019 COMMUNITY
STEP 4:
Send an email to the community administrators:
providing the email used for the registration process in section A CREATION OF AN aLF
ACCOUNT.
Once you have received an email from an administrator confirming your inclusion as a member
in the Erasmus Plus PILAR 2016-2019 community you can proceed to step 5.
STEP 5:
Access to the next link:
https://externos.cursosvirtuales.uned.es
At the login page shown at Fig. 5 complete your email and password and click on enter button
(“Entrar”) (<1> in Fig. 5).

You will be redirected to your virtual space in aLF platform (Fig. 6). In it, you can see those
communities you are a part of. But first, if you don’t feel comfortable reading in Spanish, we
recommend you to swap the language from Spanish to English by clicking on the Change
language button (“Cambiar idioma”) marked as <1> in Fig. 6.

STEP 6:

You should see Erasmus Plus Pilar 2016-2019 community. By clicking on it, you will access
Erasmus Plus PILAR 2016-2019 community (Fig. 8).

In the Erasmus Plus PILAR 2016-2019 community Home (Fig. 8) you can see:
• The community info;
• News;
• An access to the Forums (as you can see, we have created a forum for each Intellectual
Output),
• A schedule which will show important dates;
• The videoconference tool (“Webconferencia”) Unfortunately, this field is not translated,
but we will help you in the process in section 0
• VIDEOCONFERENCE TOOL.
In the menu located in the top left corner you can access to the:
• Calendar: only administrators are able to add a public reminder, members are only able
to add personal reminders;
• File Storage: all members are allowed to upload files and/or create folders;
• People: all the members of the community.

We encourage you to navigate on it and use its services!
C. VIDEOCONFERENCE TOOL
Preliminary notes:
• You need to have an account as described in section A CREATION OF AN aLF ACCOUNT.
• You need to have access to the Erasmus Plus Pilar 2016-2019 community as described
in section B ACCESSING THE ERASMUS PLUS PILAR 2016-2019 COMMUNITY
• Unfortunately for not UNED members, the videoconference tool is managed by a
different administrative body than aLF platform is, so not UNED members will need to
identify at both platforms.
The videoconference tools fields are translated in Fig. 9. There the videoconferences scheduled
will be listed. You will be able to join to the videoconference if a shortcut icon appears at access
column (“Acceso”). In Fig. 9 we can see 2 videoconference bookings, the first one (PILAR vc
guide) is active; the second one (PILAR vc2 guide) is still inactive.

VC STEP 1:
By clicking on the shortcut icon of the videoconference “PILAR vc guide” (Fig. 9) you will be
redirected to the page shown in Fig. 10. Follow the red arrows to change to your preferred
language (Spanish/English). Click on AVIP authentication (“Autenticación AVIP”).

VC STEP 2:
If you have already created an account in INTECCA portal you can complete the fields (Fig. 11)
and access the videoconference (Fig. 13).
If it is your first time at INTECCA portal you will need to register (you can find the link in the
message marked in yellow Fig. 11).

VC STEP 3:
Complete the fields shown in Fig. 12 and click on send (bottom right corner). The DNI field refers
to an identification number, but it is not required

You will receive an email from [email protected] with your registration data:

If data are correct click in this link to confirm them
Click on the link provided in the email to complete the registration at INTECCA portal.
VC STEP 5:
Log in INTECCA PLATFORM (Fig. 11), and you will access to the videoconference tool (Fig. 13).
