1. Pending issues of environment and construction safety in site inspection of ADB Mission/Những vấn đề môi trường và an toàn tồn tại trong đợt kiểm tra của đoàn ADB:

Local road used to access batching plant was damaged./Đường địa phương hiện đang được sử dụng đi vào trạm trộn bị hư hỏng nhiều.

It is required to make a concrete embankment at washing area for concrete trucks near exit of batching plant./Xây dựng một bờ bao bê tông tại khu vực rửa xe bê tông gần lối ra của trạm trộn.

It is required to improve management work of excavated soil on site. Excavated soil shall be moved to disposal area./Quản lý đất đào trên công trường cần được cải thiện và được chuyển đến bãi đổ thải.

Limit/ divide properly boundary between construction site and residential zones./Giới hạn/ phân định đúng ranh giới công trường với khu vực dân cư sinh sống.


2. Corrective actions of the Contractor/ Các biện pháp khắc phục của Nhà thầu:

Nhà thầu bố trí đèn cảnh báo vào ban đêm trên đường giao nhau với đường địa phương.


The Contractor limits the boundary between construction areas and residential zones by iron fence. Ranh giới giữa đường đi lại của người dân với công trường được nhà thầu rào lại bằng tôn.


3. Conclusion/Kết luận:

The Contractor repaired local road used to access batching plant. However, due to rainy season and many traffic vehicles, repairing work is limited.

Nhà thầu đã sửa chữa đường địa phương đi vào trạm trộn. Tuy nhiên, do đang mùa mưa và lượng xe cộ lưu thông nhiều nên việc khắc phục còn hạn chế

The Contractor uses clean water to wash vehicles, so it does not affect environment. The Contractor made concrete embankment near sedimentation tank of batching plant to facilitate for

discharging directly water to sedimentation tank

Việc rửa xe cho xe phục vụ công trình chủ yếu là nước sạch nên cũng không ảnh hưởng tới môi trường nhiều. Nhà thầu đã xây bờ bao bê tông gần bể lắng trạm trộn để nước chảy trực

tiếp vào bễ lắng.

Useless excavated soil will be moved to our approved disposal area.

Đất thải tại công trình nếu không sử dụng tới thì nhà thầu sẽ cho chuyển về bãi đổ thải đúng nơi quy định.

The boundary between residential zones and construction site was installed. The Contractor installed warning lights at night for areas that construction site intersects with local roads

Khu vực ranh giới xung quanh nhà dân với công trường được nhà thầu lắp đặt hàng rào tôn. Nhà thầu cũng bố trí đèn cảnh báo vào ban đêm trên đường giao nhau với đường địa phương.
