Transferability & Flexibility

Transferability Districts can:
– Transfer up to 50% between Title II-A, Title II-D, Title IV, and Title V-A
– Transfer funds into but not out of Title I Schools identified for
improvement may only transfer up to 30% of their funds.
Schools in corrective action cannot use transferability provisions.
