Ambassador Hotel Renovations, Parking Lot and Additions –

Milwaukee 2005 (TWP)Work involved total renovation of existing residential hotel into a commercial hotel. Renovations

included: Restaurant and Kitchen, Bar/Bistro, Coffeehouse, Main Desk, Lobby, Bathrooms Parking Lot and Drop Off Canopy, Meeting Rooms,

and Sleeping Rooms. Work also included additions to

Restaurant, Lobby, Parking Lot and Outdoor Seating Areas.

Master Planning included new Banquet and Meeting Rooms,

Indoor Pool Facilities and a Parking Garage. Design Development

Phase was completed for these facilities. I performed the Project Design of them. Facilities were

designed in 3D using Architectural Desktop.

Conversion of former Howard Johnson Motel to a Hampton Inn Suites Originally three office buildings built c.1930, renovated to the trademark gold glass curtain wall Guarantee Bank Building c.1970. Later converted to a “HoJo’s” with minimal exterior changes. Objective was to upgrade dated appearance to Hilton Hotels franchise standards without the expense of removing the curtain wall. (Nearing Completion 2006)
