To whom it may concern

Over the last 8 months I have had the privilege of working with Miss Ngan in Executive

Board of AIESEC FTU HCM. She is my leader but also my teammate and my friend throughout

the time we worked together.

All the time working as the President of AIESEC in FTU HCMC, Miss Ngan has played a

vital part in the development of the entity. Being a head of the LC at that time was harsh not only

because we need to gain trust from the member but also strive to achieve high goal that we set

before. Nevertheless, she was determined that she – together with the team can do it. She was

brave choosing to change the structure of the whole Local Committee, brave to choose the

Executive Board that surprised everyone and brave to implement risky – but later proved to be

exceptionally successful – strategies. Her thinking is good and fast which helps her to analyze

problems and find out solutions for them quickly and efficiently. Last but not least, she is very

action-oriented. She kept her promises, always put what she planned or said into implementation

and thus gained more trust from the members and other leaders in AIESEC.

Miss Ngan knows how to choose and lead her own team. She was ambitious, smart and

action oriented. She gain trust and inspire member not only from speeches and sharing but also

from the commitment and consistency between what she says and what she does. She is brave

and dare to make unpopular decisions if she and the team believe it would benefit the

organization she is working for. Therefore, I believe she is totally qualified for the position she is

applying and I believe she can make some great changes for the entity in the better way.
