This program is for all Aramark employees—because we all create experiences that enrich and nourish lives. When you

notice colleagues doing good work, send them an eCard or eButton. This Guide shows you how.

And, because we believe in our people, Aramark takes every opportunity to say “Thank You.” So when our employees

reach a Milestone Career Anniversary (e.g., at 5, 10, 15, 20 years), we honor their dedication with special recognition

and rewards.

Then every year on Employee Appreciation Day, we plan a celebration to show our appreciation of your efforts and

thank you for making a difference every day in the lives of the people we serve.

This Guide provides the information you need to recognize your co-workers and instructions to receive the

rewards and recognition that you are given. You do not need an Aramark e-mail address to give or receive

recognition.

Employee Quick Guide to Recognition and Rewards

Encore! Encore! provides us all with a new opportunity to

recognize the great work that our colleagues are doing. Our

recognition hub is the appreciation website, which you can use

to both send and receive appreciation.

To use the appreciation website from any computer, go to:

https://www.appreciatehub.com/aramark. Log in using your employee ID number as your user name.

User name instructions are found on the sign-in page. For your

temporary password use “aramark.” Once you log in, you’ll

be asked to set a new password of your choice. If you’d like to

change your preferred language, select your language for the

site underneath the log in box. Your preferred language will be

remembered the next time you log in.

Giving Thanks and Recognition: Show Some AppreciationWho has impressed you lately? Has a colleague delighted a customer or inspired the team? Is there someone to whom you would like to say “Thanks!”? Or, is it a co-worker’s birthday, anniversary or first day on the job? Recognize them by sending them an eCard. Or build a quick, fun eButton to show you notice their efforts. Everyone loves to receive recognition and thanks. So be great at noticing the little efforts that add up to big success at Aramark.

How to give an eCard or eButton:• Log into the website according to the instructions under “Using the Appreciation

Website” on page 1.

• Click “Notice Effort” on the home page.

• Click “Send an eCard” or “Build an eButton” in the left navigation. Follow the

on-screen instructions.

Receiving Thanks and Recognition: Stand Up and Be Recognized

Did you make a co-worker smile? Did you go the extra mile during your most recent project? Have you achieved

something that improves our business, operations or bottom line? Or, maybe it’s your anniversary with the company? If

a co-worker recognizes you with an eCard or eButton or a manager rewards you with a Spot, Achievement, or Platinum

Award, here’s how you can take a bow and receive the applause you have been given:

How to receive an eCard or eButton:

• You will receive an email with your eCard or eButton. If you do not have an email address, your manager will

receive it on your behalf. Simply click on the link provided in the email to view the card or button. You can also

print it by clicking on “Print a copy.”

OR, you can access from any computer via the program website:

• Log into the website according to the instructions under “Using the Appreciation Website” on page 1.

• Click “Receive” on the home page.

• Click the eCard or eButton from the dropdown list.

How to redeem a Spot Award certificate:• Log into the website according to the instructions

under “Using the Appreciation Website” on page 1.

• Click “Receive” on the home page.

• Click “Unredeemed Awards.”

• Find the Award and click “View” to see the

achievement recognized.

• Click “Catalog” to browse the online award

catalog and choose a gift of your choice.

How to redeem an Achievement or Platinum Award: • Log into the website according to the instructions under “Using the Appreciation Website” on page 1.

• Click “Receive” on the home page.

• Click “Unredeemed Awards.”

• Find the Award and click “View” to see the achievement recognized.

• Click “Catalog” to browse the online award catalog and choose a gift of your choice.

How to redeem a Spot Award coupon: • Click “Receive” on the home page.

• Click “Claim a Code” from the dropdown list.

• Enter the Reward Code shown on the coupon and click

“Validate.”

• Enter the name of the manager who appreciated you.

• Select an award of your choice from the online catalog.
