Emerging Leaders Program
You already have what it takes to become a leader. Let Ernst & Young help you further develop your leadership, teamwork and communication skills to put you on the right path to achieve your personal and professional aspirations. A one-of-a-kind interactive learning experience, the Emerging Leaders Program starts your journey from college to career success.
Over the course of one, two or three days this summer — depending on your location — you’ll also get to know more about Ernst & Young’s culture, people and practices. You’ll experience our knowledge-rich environment fi rsthand as you forge relationships with Ernst & Young employees and fellow students.
Emerging Leaders Summit 2012We invite you to interview for your local Emerging Leaders Program this summer. In doing so, you’ll also be considered to attend our Emerging Leaders Summit held in Washington, D.C. in June. Learn more at ey.com/us/summit.
Where it is: The Emerging Leaders Program is hosted in many locations across the country. You should request to participate in the local program closest to the offi ce in which you wish to intern or work full time.
When it is: The programs run between May and August. Contact your school’s career services center or local Ernst & Young campus recruiter to fi nd out your preferred location’s exact program date.
Some locations and dates in the West Sub-Area:• Seattle, June 13 – 14, 2012• Bay Area (San Francisco, San Jose and Redwood Shores), July 26 – July 27, 2012• Los Angeles, July 23 – 24, 2012• Orange County, June 25 – 26, 2012• San Diego, July 13 – 14, 2012
Who should apply: Students at least two years from graduation studying accounting and/or business who:• Have a signifi cant interest in professional services and a career in business• Maintain high academic credentials• Possess integrity, maturity, dependability and enthusiasm in the performance
of responsibilities• Demonstrate analytical, teamwork and organizational skills, as well as strong
verbal and written communication skills
