After speaking with the complainant, Irvin was located and charged with disorderly conduct. He was released on a notice to appear in Hoopeston City Court.

Memorial Day decorations Although there will not be a Memorial Day ceremony at Floral Hill Cemetery this year, Gary Miller and Bob Duffin will be at the cemetery from 8-10 a.m. Wednes-day, May 20, putting up crosses at the entrance. They will have boxes of flags available for family members who wish to put them on their loved ones’ graves.
