SPORTING CLAY SHOOTING EVENT
DATE: Wednesday, October 2, 2019 LOCATION: Powder Creek Shooting Park 8601 Monticello Road Lenexa, Kansas 66227 SCHEDULE: 11:15am – Registration / Lunch / Practice Round 12:00pm – Safety Orientation 12:30pm – Clay Shoot 3:00pm – Awards (Top Team and Top Shooter) COST: $75.00 per person ($375 per team) Included: 100 Sporting Clays on 12 station course, Practice Targets, Snacks on the Course, Lunch, Beer/Soda during awards, prizes to the top team and top shooter. Not Included: Ammunition, Eye Protection or Ear Protection. These items can be purchased onsite (if needed). CART RENTAL (PRE-ORDER): $50.00 per 4-man cart (limited: 5 carts available) FORMAT: Five-man teams (singles welcome) NEED TO KNOW: Course Length: 1.3 miles. Cart shuttles will be provided at two lengthy stretches on course. You can bring your own golf cart/mule; rent onsite; or pre-order (above) - if needed. Bring your own gun. No pistols or rifles allowed. You can share guns with your teammates (make these arrangements in advance). Ammunition: target loads only. Shot size: 7 ½ & 8 only. Reloads are allowed. You must wear protective shooting glasses and ear protection at all time on the course. Practice Range available during registration. Cost included in registration fee. No alcohol prior to shooting.
