Multiangle elbow isometrics:
Flexion/extension (avoid valgus stress)

Wrist curls/reverse curls X
Bicep curls (light) X
Shoulder exercises (avoid ER)
Stabilize shoulder during exercise

Phase 3: Weeks 2-6
