The EASYSET metal formwork frame is ideal for small wall and pillar forms. It stands out in its class for its modularity, versatility, performance, and finish. With regard to modularity, all of the panels, both standard and universal, have horizontal elements with drilled holes every 5 cm. This allows, if necessary, the use of any standard panel as a universal panel and, also, eliminates the need for wooden compensators. With regard to the technical features, the EASYSET system accommodates pressures of up to 60 kN/m2 (*) with the use of only four tie rods.

TECHNICAL DATA


The DW15 tie rods pass through a tapered cylindrical bush that allows the use of the formworks for inclined and battered forms up to a maximum inclination of 4.5°. The EASYSET formwork has a smooth surface finish, achieved by RAL 2009 colored powder paint. It consists of a perimeter framework, CU-profiled crosspieces with a constant spacing of 25 cm, a 9 mm thick one-panel Finnish multilayer covering, and a 220 g/m2 phenolic covering. Each CU crosspiece is drilled every 5 cm. Where appropriate the mantle is drilled and a protective bush inserted. This gives the EASYSET system a basic characteristic of being the first system in its class that can transform standard panels into universal pillar panels. The universal pillar panels, 75 and 100 cm in width, are already pre-drilled, always with a spacing of 5 cm, and can be used for pillar forms, restarts, longitudinal corners, T corners, and form stoppers. All the system panels can be used both horizontally and vertically.

The union between the panels is ensured by two types of wedge clamp, the fixed aligner clamp and the patented UNA adjustable aligner clamp. By positioning them at any point on the perimeter framework, the clamps connect the panels both horizontally and vertically. In addition, the UNA clamp allows coupling with compensators of up to 9 cm.

Two UNA clamps are sufficient in the composition of the panels, both vertically and horizontally. The internal closure of the 20 x 25 corner is done by two fixed clamps. Four adjustable clamps are used for the closure of the external corner.

Closing the corner can be achieved in two ways: 1. longitudinal corners with

universal-pillar panels 2. corner closures with external

corners. For walls up to 50 cm thick, no compensators are necessary for longitudinal panel corners. The external closure is realized with three hook tie rods. For compositions with external corners, the standard compensators start at 5 cm. Closure is achieved with three UNA clamps per side. The choice of the 5 cm module is also confirmed in the design of corners with 25 x 20 cm asymmetrical sides.

"T" walls are simply made by using 25x20 inside corners and just one 5 cm compensator. The universal pillar panels allow extremely easy restarts from already existing walls and of various thicknesses. Four tie rods are sufficient in this case too. Closing the form can be achieved in various ways. The most simple are:

with aligners, laminated wood beams and a covering mantle;

with a standard panel and two universal-pillar panels

The connection occurs through three hook tie rods and wing nuts.

The pillars, with rectangular or square sections, starting from a size of 10x10 up to 80x80 and for heights up to 6 m, are composed of longitudinal universal-pillar panels. The corner closures are achieved with five hook tie rods for h = 3 m; with 2 tie rods for h = 1.5.

Ensuring the compositions are vertical is guaranteed by filling props together with a regulation arm. The latter, linked to a base plate fixed to the ground, connects to the formwork with the specific Omega attachment for props.

With the EASYSET system, different compositions become much easier to do. It is well known that the main problem with making “U” or closed shafts is in the disassembly of the panels. This operation happens through the use of the disassembly plate 1 with the aligner 2 and the OMEGA DW 3 attachment.

The EASYSET system also resolves the problem of walls with angles other than 90°. With the help of the hinged corner 1, the hinged aligner 2, joined with the OMEGA DW attachments 3, some compensators 4 and some universal pillar panels U, it is possible to build forms for walls with angles from a minimum of 65° up to a maximum of 180°.°

EASYSET, the compositions


The EASYSET formwork system is the first in the world designed to be totally integrated with the “multidirectional” scaffolding system. The coupling happens through the patented Omega MC self-locking coupler. It serves as a single coupling washer and can be positioned in the CU crosspieces at any point on the panel. This combination allows the formwork system to be used for any application and work phase with great security.

Omega MC Attachment


Making single face forms is achieved with the help of an MMV modular system, and is used for screens, micro-piles, etc. in addition to single face walls. The system is exclusively composed of two overlapping triangular components (MMV-A and MMV-B). The maximum height of the form with an axis of 135 cm is 7.50 m. Coupling to the EASYSET system happens through mounting the MMV triangle and inserting the Omega DW coupling in the CU beams. The MMV system is completed by setting it on a special bolting base that, together with the support plate, counters the pressure generated by the form.

ADATTO

La cassaforma verticale ADATTO, di-sponibile nella versione acciaio ed al-luminio (su richiesta), è progettata per getti di pareti, pilastri, muri di soste-gno, muri contro terra e getti verticali in genere. Si distingue nella sua cate-goria per spiccate caratteristiche di modularità, versatilità e finitu e. Rela-tivamente alla modularità, tutti i pan-nelli, sia standard che universali, han-no elementi orizzontali con foratura a passo di 5 cm. Ciò consente, all’occor-renza, di utilizzare qualsiasi pannello standard come pannello universale e, inoltre, di eliminare le compensazioni in legno. In merito alle caratteristiche tecniche, con l’utilizzo di tre tiranti, il sistema ADATTO consente pressioni di getto considerevoli.

The vertical ADATTO formwork, availa-ble in steel and aluminium (on demand), is designed for walls, pillars, support walls, ground wall castings, and vertical castings in general. It is distinguished in its category for its outstanding cha-racteristics of modularity, versatility and finish. With regard to modularity, all of the panels, both standard and univer-sal, have horizontal elements with dril-led holes every 5 cm. This allows, if ne-cessary, the use of any standard panel as a universal panel and eliminates the need for wooden compensators. With regard to the technical characteristics, the ADATTO system allows considerable casting pressures with the use of three braces.

I tiranti DW15 e DW20 passano all’in-terno dei correnti CU, che consentono l’utilizzo delle casseforme per getti in-clinati o a scarpa fino a un’inclinazione massima di 6°.

La cassaforma ADATTO ha una finitu a superficiale liscia, realizzata con ver-nice a polvere colore RAL2009 per la versione in acciaio. È costituita da un telaio perimetrale, rompitrattato da traversi “CU” saldati a passo costante di 25 cm, su cui viene successivamen-te fiss to con viti autoperforanti un pannello unico di multistrato finla -dese dello spessore di 18 mm con ri-vestimento fenolico di 220 g/m2.

I pannelli sono utilizzati in maniera al-ternata con quelli da 75 (100-75-100-75...) .I pannelli universali-pilastri, di lar-ghezza 75 e 100 cm, sono già prefora-ti, sempre con passo 5 cm, e vengono utilizzati per gettare pilastri, riparten-ze, angoli a correre, angoli a T e ferma-getti.

Tutti i pannelli del sistema possono essere utilizzati sia verticalmente che orizzontalmente.

The DW15 and DW20 braces pass insi-de the CU beams, allowing the use of the formworks for inclined and slope castings up to a maximum inclination of 6°.

The ADATTO formwork has a smooth surface finish, realized with RAL2009 colour powdered paint for the steel ver-sion. It consists of a perimeter frame, crossed with “CU” beams welded at a constant interval of 25 cm, which are then fixed with self-drilling screws to an 18 mm thick multilayer Finnish panel with a 220 g/m2 phenolic covering.

The universal-pillar panels, 75 and 100 cm in width, are already pre-drilled, always with a spacing of 5 cm, and can be used for pillar castings, restarts, lon-gitudinal corners, T corners, and casting stoppers.

All the system panels can be used both horizontally and vertically.

Les tirants DW15 et DW20 passent à l’intérieur des rails qui permettent d’uti-liser des coffrages pour reprises inclinées ou longitudinales pour une inclinaison maximale de 6°.

Le coffrage ADATTO est doté d’un revête-ment en peinture vernie pulvérisée RAL2009 pour la version en acier. Il se constitue d’un châssis de pourtour, ren-forcé contre la rupture par des traverses CU soudées tous les 25 cm, sur lequel est fixée, au moyen de vis auto foreuses, une peau coffrante en bouleau finlan-dais de 18 mm d’épaisseur traité en rési-ne phénolique (220 g/m2).

Les éléments « piliers » disponibles en 75 et 100 cm de largeur, déjà perforés tous les 5 cm sont spécialement utilisés pour les fabrications de piliers, les ré-hausses, les fermetures d’angles, les murs en T.

ADATTO

L’unione tra i pannelli è assicurata da due tipologie di morse a cuneo, la morsa allineatrice fissa e la morsa bre-vettata UNA, allineatrice e regolabile.

Posizionandole in qualsiasi punto del telaio perimetrale, le morse collega-no i pannelli sia in orizzontale che in verticale. In particolare la morsa UNA consente accoppiamenti con com-pensazioni fino a 15 cm.

Nella composizione dei pannelli, sia in verticale che in orizzontale, sono suffi-cienti tre morse UNA.

The union between panels is ensured by two types of wedge clamps, the fixed aligner clamp and the patented UNA adjustable aligner clamp.

By positioning them at any point of the perimeter framework, the clamps con-nect the panels both horizontally and vertically.

Three UNA clamps are sufficient in the composition of the panels, both verti-cally and horizontally.

La liaison des panneaux peut être effec¬tuée par deux systèmes:l’étau fixe et l’étau réglable breveté UNA, qui admet une compensation jusqu’a 7 cm et peut être utilisée en position horizon-tale comme verticale.

Le chiusure d’angolo possono essere eseguite in due modi:

1. angoli a correre con pannelli uni-versali-pilastri;

2. angoli a chiudere con pannellistandard.

Per pareti fino a 50 cm di spessore, ne-gli angoli con pannello a correre non sono necessarie compensazioni. La chiusura esterna si realizza con quat-tro tiranti a gancio.

Nel caso di angoli con pannello a chiudere le compensazioni standard previste sono da 2 e 7 cm. La chiusura esterna si realizza con quattro morse regolabili.

Nel caso di composizioni con angolo esterno le compensazioni standard sono da 5 cm. La chiusura si realizza con quattro morse UNA per lato.

La scelta del modulo di 5 cm viene confermata anche nel disegno degli angoli dai lati asimmetrici di 25 x 20 cm. Nella composizione degli angoli, quindi, non risulta più necessaria alcu-na compensazione in legno.

Corners closures can be carried out in two ways:

1. through corner-shaped universal-pillar panels;

2. by setting up two standard panels.

For walls up to 50 cm thick, no com-pensation is necessary for longitudinal-panel corners. The external closure is realised with four hook braces.

In the case of closing panel corners, the standard compensation foreseen is between 2 and 7 cm. External closure is realised with four adjustable clamps.

For compositions with external corners, the standard compensations start at 5 cm. Closure is achieved with 4 UNA clamps per side.

The choice of the 5 cm module is also confirmed in the corners’ designs with 25 x 20 cm asymmetrical sides.The composition of the corners, therefo-re, doesn’t require anymore any wooden compensation.

Casting stoppers

The closure of the casting can be achie-ved in different ways. The simplest are:• with aligners, laminated wooden be-ams and a covering mantle;• with a standard panel and two univer-sal-pillar panels.The connection occurs through three hook braces and wing nuts.

RestartsThe universal-pillar panels allow re-starting with extreme ease from walls that are already existing and of varied thickness. Four braces are sufficient also in these cases.

La verticalità delle composizioni è garantita dai puntelli di piombatura unitamente al braccio di regolazione. Entrambi, collegati da una piastra di base fiss ta a terra, si uniscono alla cassaforma con lo specifi o attacco Omega per puntelli.PRESCRIZIONE: In caso di utilizzo di pannelli 100 x 300 vanno alternati con quelli da 75.

ADATTO

I vani scala e ascensori sono vani che normalmente si ripetono per tutti i piani dell’edifici . Al fine di agevolare il lavoro e abbattere i tempi dell’armo e disarmo il sistema è dotato di an-goli di armo/disarmo.

Gli angoli di disarmo sono angoli so-vrapponibili (h max 6 m) che con un tiro di gru si chiudono su due lati di 2 cm, trascinando con sè la cassaforma lateralmente collegata. L`escursione degli angoli di disarmo consentono il distacco della cassafor-ma dalle pareti di circa 2 cm, quindi lo sfilame to della stessa senza opera-zioni di disarmo.

The stairs and elevator shafts are nor-mally repeated for each floor of the bu-ilding. In order to facilitate the work and reduce the time of assembly and disas-sembly, the system is equipped with assembly/disassembly corners.

The disassembly corners are overlap-ping corners (max h 6 m) that close on two 2 cm sides with a crane pull, drag-ging the laterally connected formwork with them.

The range of the disassembly corners allows detachment from the walls of approx. 2 cm, and their subsequent unthreading without disassembly ope-rations.

Les cages d’escalier et d’ascenseur sont des configurations qui, normalement, se répètent pour tous les étages de l’édi-fice. Au fin d’alléger le travail de l’entre-prise et donc de réduire les coûts, on uti-lise des angles de décoffrage rapide.

Les angles de décoffrage rapide sont superposables (h. max. 6 m) et lor-squ’on les soulève par leur crochet, ils se rétractent de 2 cm, en entraînant ainsi le système complet.

Ce mouvement des angles permet un détachement entre le coffrage et le mur de 2 cm et donc l’extraction du coffrage sans opération de démontage.

Con il sistema ADATTO le varie com-posizioni diventano molto semplici da eseguire. Come ben noto il problema principale che si presenta nella realiz-zazione di vani a “U” o chiusi è la scas-seratura dei pannelli. Questa operazione si esegue median-te l’utilizzo della lamiera di disarmo (1) abbinata con l’allineatore (2) el’attacco OMEGA DW (3).

With the ADATTO system, different com-positions become much easier to execu-te. Usually, the main problem occurring during the realization of “U” or closed shafts is the disassembly of the panels. This operation becomes much easier through the use of the disassembly pla-te (1) with the aligner (2) and the OME-GA DW (3) attachment.

Avec le système ADATTO, les composi-tions les plus variées deviennent beau-coup plus simples à exécuter. Un des problèmes principaux se pose lors de la jonction et lors du décoffrage des “cotes bloquées”. Il sistema ADATTO risolve anche il pro-blema dei muri con angolo diverso da 90°. Con l’ausilio dell’angolo a snodo (1), l’allineatore a snodo (2), abbinato agli attacchi Omega DW (3), alle com-pensazioni (4) e ai pannelli standardsi possono eseguire getti di muri con angoli minimi di 65° fino a 180°

The ADATTO system also solves the problem of walls with angles different than 90°. With the help of the corner at coupling (1), the aligner at coupling (2), combined with the Omega Dw attach-ments (3), the compensations (4), and the standard panels, wall castings with angles from 65° to 180° can be achieved.

Le système ADATTO résout également les problèmes des murs à angles divers. Avec l’aide des angles réglables (1), des rails articulés (2), reliés par des tirants et écrous Omega DW (3), des compensa-tions (4) et des panneaux standard, c’est possible de réaliser des coffrages pour mur avec des angles compris entre 65º et 180°.

The ADATTO formwork system, besides being the first system in the world de-signed to be totally integrated with the multidirectional scaffolding system, can be fully combined with the COMAX ver-tical formwork system. The coupling can be done through the patented Omega MC self-locking cou-pling. It works as a washer with a single attachment and can be positioned in the CU beams at any point of the panel.This combination allows the formwork system to be used in every application and working phase ensuring great secu-rity standards.

Non content d’être le premier au mon-de à offrir une compatibilité avec un système d’échafaudage multidirection-nel, le système de coffrage ADATTO se conforme totalement avec le système de coffrage vertical COMAX. L’abbinamento avviene attraverso l’attacco autobloccante brevettato Omega MC. L’esecuzione dei getti monofaccia vie-ne realizzata con l’ausilio del sistema componibile MF, utilizzato oltre che per muri monofaccia, anche per dia-frammi, micropali ecc. Il sistema è composto esclusivamente da due elementi a triangolo sovrappo-nibili (MF-A e MF-B). L’altezza massima di getto prevista con interasse di 135 cm è di 7,50 m. L’abbinamento al sistema ADATTO av-viene attraverso il montante del trian-golo MF con l’inserimento dell’attacco Omega DW nei correnti CU.Il sistema MF si completa predispo-nendo alla base appositi tiranti che, insieme alle piastre di appoggio, con-trastano le spinte generate dal getto.

The execution of single-face castings is achieved with the help of a MF modular system, and it is used for screens, mi-cro-piles, etc. in addition to single-face walls.The system is exclusively composed of two overlapping triangular compo-nents (MF-A and MF-B). L’exécution des murs mono faces est réa-lisée avec des systèmes combinés MF. Le système MF est composé exclusive-ment de deux éléments triangulaires (MF-A et MF-B) pouvant être superposés sur une hauteur de bétonnage comprise entre 1.35 et 7,50 m. Les liaisons au système ADATTO sont effectuées par les attaches Omega DW insérées dans les rails prévus à cet effet.Ce système permet de reprendre la poussée du béton grâce aux tirants.
