Individual solutions increase competitivenessThe fitting segment easyPilot Nordic offers a comprehensive fit-ting range with just a few components for inwards and outwards opening windows. In line with market requirements, the fitting system enables turn windows to be fixed in any turn opening position. For inwards opening turn windows, the locking drives of turn-tilt fittings are used for both centre and constant han-dle positions. The consistent use of the modular system means that the overall product range is compact, which also guaran-tees minimal warehousing and logistics requirements. By using locking drives with backsets from 25 mm, sashes opening to the outside can be covered. Here too, the turn sash limiter is activated via the special connecting rail.

Proper screw fixing in terms of load of security-relevant fit-ting componentsIn order to ensure the endurance and operating safety of win-dows and balcony doors over their expected service life, major importance must be attached to the installation of security-rel-evant fitting components!Manufacturers of windows and balcony doors are responsible for fixing the fitting elements on the sash and the frame in a professional way and they must make sure that the specifica-tions are adhered to. Important: Please observe these guidelines! Use only screws that are long enough to bear the loads. We recommend you to fix the corner and shear hinge screws in the steel reinforcement of the PVC-U window.
