Work Order Extraction

Work orders in Oracle EBS eAM ensure that work is efficiently planned, scheduled, executed and documented. This data can prove to be a valuable source of knowledge when combined with other data such as production, process, inspection, calibration and other data sources.

Whether used for evaluating the effectiveness of existing strategies through metrics and KPIs or providing the historical data to support statistical analysis, this data enables Meridium APM users to improve the performance of their assets. The work order extraction interface also organizes the data in order to streamline the analysis of the data.

Work Request Creation

When developing a new strategy, capturing detailed findings from the execution of a strategy or simply evaluating the effectiveness of an existing strategy, the Meridium APM system allows users to create and track recommendations. In many cases, these recommendations may require that work be planned and scheduled in Oracle EBS eAM. The work request creation interface provides the ability to automatically create an Oracle work request based on a Meridium recommendation.

Once the work request is created against the appropriate asset in Oracle EBS eAM, the work request ID is recorded on the recommendation to provide visibility for closure of recommendations within Oracle EBS eAM.
