So, Make Your List!

> Who gets to submit?• All webinar participants• All BGA Client Partner Conference attendees

> Who gets to vote?• All BGA Client Partner Conference attendees

• One vote per attending agency on a scale of 1-10 for each wish list item

• Enhancements will be prioritized based on each item’s collective “points”

Step 1: Identify the What

> Internal Meeting• Identify what changes to SmartOffice would have

the biggest impact for your Companyº Look at all areas New Business, Licensing, Marketing,

reporting, POS

• Compile your own internal Wish List• Internal Vote to determine your top 5

Step 2: HOW to Document your Request

> What• What is the need you are trying to satisfy?• Specifically where in SmartOffice do you need

this?

> How can E-Z Data solve it?• Be specific• Be complete

> Enhance the DI Screens.

> Enhance the DI detail screen by making the Benefit period and Elimination Period drop down box with custom choices instead of free formatted fields. This will allow better reporting and speed up my data entry.

What Happens Next

> E-Z Data will collate the requests that we receive

> We will have a follow-up webinar on Sept. 4th to go over the collated results

> Solicit final comments/feedback> Results forwarded to BGA conference

Voting – BGA User Meeting

> Wish list items will be reviewed, discussed and voted on• Each agency present will get to grade each wish list item

on a scale of 1-10 points

• E-Z Data will “weight” the list of requests according to their earned points

º Example: an item getting four “10’s” , six “8’s” and fourteen “2’s” will earn 116 collective “points”

• We will present the prioritized list to the attendees at the conference

• We will distribute the prioritized list to the webinar participants
