in times of increasing competition it is the only logical response to invest in the know-how and competence

of your employees. increasing the quality and productivity of the company is thus the focus of our activities

as a certified dVs® training centre.

We train and test technical and management staff according to the dVs ® guidelines for thermal cutting

and related processes. training and testing is carried out by us in the areas legally regulated by the iHK

(international Chamber of Commerce) or the dVs® (german Welding Association). in addition we carry out

certification systems for staff and companies in compliance with european and international standards.

At the Messer Cutting systems Academy in groß-umstadt technical skills and knowledge in the areas

of flame scarfing, flame cutting and brazing are conveyed in a perfectly methodical manner – often directly

on the machine or equipment.

Module 2 ends with a test of knowledge and a practical test. A certificate will be issued for the participation in the course. you have passed the test from Module 2 or have comparable technical knowledge and experience in flame straightening.

Training course subjects: >> safe working with fuel gasses and Oxygen >> difficult flame straightening operations on welded jobs from Crni steels and Aluminium with dents on the edges and surfaces >> Flame straightening of rectangular tubes of Crni steels and Aluminium>> Flame straightening on simple and multiple pipe branches

Module 3 ends with a test of knowledge and a practical test. A certificate will be issued for the participation in the course. Training CourSe fLaMe SCarfing – CrafTSMen(guiDeLineS 1147) you work in surface treatment in the area of steel, concrete or natural stone, whether as career starter or experienced person.

Training CourSe fLaMe SCarfing – CrafTSMen(guiDeLineS 1150) you work in surface treatment in the area of steel, concrete or natural stone and have at least 12 months’ experience in the area of flame scarfing or gouging or can provide evidence of comparable knowledge. you have passed the test as flame scarfing craftsman.

you work in surface treatment in the area of steel, concrete or natural stone, whether as career starter or experienced person.

Training course subjects: >> selection of the gas supply >> Working with compressed gasses, compressed gas equipment and compressed gas cylinders >> torch types and flame scarfing operating techniques>> Measures for working, environmental and health safety>> Practical exercise flame scarfing

you work in surface treatment in the area of steel, concrete or natural stone and have at least 12 months’ experience in the area of flame scarfing or gouging or can provide evidence of comparable knowledge. you have passed the test as flame scarfing craftsman.
