    Feddur 18 E 718 DESCRIPTION A high output (140%) rutile coated electrode with high chromium carbide content for abras ion res is tant h a r d f a c i n g s o n structural steel, cast steel, manganese steel c o m p o n e n t s a n d equipment subject to wear caused by sand, gravel, ore, coal, cement or other hard abrasive materials. The deposit retains a high hardness up to 500°C. Typical applications include dredger teeth, screw conveyors, bucket lips, cone crushes, etc.

    Feddur 65 E 765 DESCRIPTION: basic graphite coated h i g h p e r f o r m a n c e electrode with a 160% deposit rate for welding extremely high wear res i s tance spec ia l carbide hardfacing on components which are subjected to severe abrasive were by sand, gravel, ore, coal, cement and slag. Suitable for h a r d f a c i n g s o n p u l v e r i s i n g p l a n t equipment in contact with hot coal, coke, and slag thanks to high abrasion resistance at high temperatures. Do not deposit more than 2 layers on top of each other and in the case of thick hardfacings fill beforehand with Fednox 35 or Feddur 70.

  • Feddur 300 LH HRC 35 DESCRIPTION: Feddur 300LH is a basic coated electrode for ha rd fac ing , cab le drums, dragline chains, crane and t ractor wheels, rollers, rolls and for rolling stress. The deposit is moderately hard unsusceptible to c r a c k i n g , i m p a c t resistant, work hardens and can be multilayered, The MnCr deposit is machinable and can be heat treated. Can take mild abrasion, good under loading and good resistance to impact.

    Fedmill 62H HRC 62 DESCRIPTION: A heavy coated, high deposition alloy type of hardfacing electrode, designed for applying wear resistant metal to a w i d e r a n g e o f components subject to abrasive wear by rock, stone, sand and ore. This e l e c t r o d e i s a l s o recommended for the sugar mill operations where roughing of rollers is required and also where a constant arc should be maintained on the rollers whilst in motion in cane juice.
